Garcia Resort & Spa

After first visiting the Garcia in 2016, I had an idea about the hotel and its offerings so was expecting a lovely stay, which is exactly what I had - a fantastic 12 night stay and I’m sad to be leaving today! The staff are fantastic - huge shoutout to Huseyn and Elif at the pool bar - they do everything, are so attentive and always greet you with a smile and a joke! They remember your name, your food and drinks choice and even deliver it to you at your sunbed - I was so looked after. Shiran the entertainer was so lovely and had me playing darts, volleyball, water polo everyday and always took the time to chat with everyone. The hotel is still lovely but obviously not as immaculate as when it first opened. They used to jet wash around the pool areas and sunbeds but don’t do that anymore - which I think they should. The rooms are spacious with everything you need. The restaurant is kind of standard - lot of traditional stuff. I’m fussy but managed to find something to eat most nights. However, would always recommend eating at the pool bar 12-4pm. Chicken burgers, wraps, pizza, salads, ice cream etc. lovely! Plenty of sunbeds for everyone, no fighting over them! Met loads of lovely people during my stay! A fantastic stay. Glorious sunshine, fabulous people, free shuttles to the beach / olu deniz, 24 hour all inclusive, 5 pools - what more could you want! P.s - make sure you visit Billy’s Beach at the lagoon. Take a trip into Hisaronu for shopping / nightlife and restaurants and Olu deniz for boat trips! See you again soon 🇹🇷
