What was bad

We ordered calamaris for dinner but it was super chewy. Impossible to chew, we complained, but they charged. During the breakfast the staff doesn't clean the tables. The staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. On our last day we asked for taxi. They called a taxi and after 15 minutes of waiting at 6 o'clock in the morning they told us that the taxi will not come as the distance was not far and the taxi driver would not earn money. We had to take public transport to the airport and almost lost our flight. In Belcekum hotel the staff is so much more professional. The taxi driver drove us for two streets. The room was extremly small. Almost no space for the suitcase.
