Rooms are tight, but that’s the charm. It’s a great location near the waterfront and dining.

I loved this property. We booked 7 nights. It’s tucked away up a lane with plenty of restaurants right on your doorstep. Room was spotless, bed was so comfy and the staff are unbelievably helpful. Couldn’t ask more and would defo recommend anyone staying here if visiting Izmir

Excellent Hotel. highly recommend

We stayed in this hotel for a short vacation in İzmir. We chose it for the location and yes, it has a very good location. It is located in one of the most hype neighborhood of the city, with easy access to the coast, train, tram, ferry as well as bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes and shopping areas. Yet, the rooms are very small. We got the deleuxe room for having a bit more space but ended up getting trimmed to the bed, not being able to move freely or even open the suitcase. Our main disappointment was about the soundproof rooms. This hotel claims to have soundproof hotels; yet, what they mean is soundproof facade only. You still hear the music from the bars, at a much manageable degree. What is disturbing is that the thin wall separating your room and the next is not soundproof at all. You hear every single move. There is so much noise going on within the hotel as well and you hear them all as if they happen inside your room. So if what you are looking for is to hit the bars and come back late at night and come back to the room for a couple of hours of sleep only, it is worth your money. Otherwise, not recommended.

This place was great. The people at the front desk were SUPER helpful and accommodating. The room was great, only the bathroom was a tad cramped but I like the movement away from giant and tacky (Las Vegas) hotel rooms. Between the price, the location and the hospitality received I’d easily come back here.

Small rooms, but clean and cosy. Perfect location for tourists who wnat to explore Izmir. Plenty of bars and restaurants just close by, and couple of minutes from the waterfront or the main touristic sites in the city Excellent value for money in my opinion and the staff are nice and welcoming..

Excellent personal,  cleanness,  style, close to everything. Guests cannot ask for more!

I thought the hotel's decor was stunning.
Such a beautiful lounge, with a gorgeous Frida Kahlo Wall and tea and water for guests to help themselves to. The hotel's warmly lit appearance from the front is something special and memorable - and the staff were all really nice people. Metin and Murat were very kind and helpful to us and both spoke very good English :-) We came for 2 nights from England and are familiar with Izmir ; Alsancak is a lively urban area full of restaurants, cafes and is open till late at  night. If you want to feel the young buzz of Alsancak, I'd say come here. Our room was really cosy and clean, the shower worked well and we had a pretty balcony! Çok teşekkür ederim!

A beautifully decorated hotel

Rooms are tiny, stayed four nights and the room was serviced once. Good location but dirty part of town

Wonderful central location - plenty of bars and clubs around (but far enough away to not be disruptive to a good night’s sleep). Transportation options are great - metro, tram, and ferry services were within 10 minutes or under walking distance. Hate itself was great. Hot tea and cold drink options available in the reception area before you head out for your day. Generally clean rooms as well with soaps replenished daily and towel changes daily too. Would highly recommend.
