I got a big matter, so I arrived hotel late more than check in time what I booked. When I arrived, the hotel said the manager doesn't answer so we couldn't give you room. I waited for 3hours, but the manager didn't answer. So I want to cancel, but they said it's impossible. How can this happen... So terrible to me
this hotel make the customer to wait outside for hours, the cleanliness was terrible
