This bed and breakfast is presented on line as a beautiful boutique hotel but the reality is it is poorly maintained and dangerous, DO NOT STAY HERE.  We were 2 couples staying in separate rooms and we both had similar experiences with our rooms.  The room has multiple maintenance items, the most dangerous are exposed electrical connections and poorly maintained bathrooms.  I am a seasoned traveler and have seen many overnight facilities in China, India, etc.   Although this was far from the worst place I have stayed it is not the boutique as presented on line.    A few heads up, other than a hair dryer there are no amenities in the room (no soap for showers, no shampoo, no hot pot, etc.) also many of the lamps in the room are in disrepair and only way to shut them off is to loosen the bulb or unplug from very poorly maintained wall electrical outlets.  The normal door locks do not work so they have install a heavy duty key lock on each door that and be locked from inside and outside the room.  If you stay here and lock the door from the inside please leave the key in the lock in case of a fire during the night and a quick exit is needed.  Keep in mind that if someone locks the door from the outside there is no way to exit the room without the key, you are locked in the room.  The hotel did not offer breakfast nor any coffee of tea to patron, which is unheard of for a Turkish hotel.  The internet worked well and was free.   

The bed and breakfast (Konak) is located in the heart of Eskişehır historic district, so location is excellent for quick walk to local cafes, shops and restaurants. Please note the hotel does have a lift between floors but given the age of the home there are still steps to be navigated which may not be appropriate for those needing assistance.   Upon entering B&B the lobby and reception is quaint, but don’t let that fool you.  If you are able to deal with the concerns mentioned above you can certainly get a good overnight rest for essentially $50/ night USD.   NOTE: that the roads to access the historic area are closed to traffic from 10Am to 5PM.  So if you arrive before 5PM you need to park in public parking area and walk with your luggage (about 0.5 KM) to the B&B.

A Once in a Lifetime Stay ….. Because Once is Enough!

Everyhere is so close even walking distance. Staff is very friendly and they are always ready answer your questions, help you about everything.
Highly recommended place to stay for families,couples,friends.

Cozy and centric place to stay

I stayed one night in this very central hotel. Most things to do are within walking distance. Hotel is nice, clean and good value for money. Breakfast is ok and both the night receptionist Mr Ozgur and day receptionist Ms. Suzan were very helpful to make your visit an easy one.

Value for money

In May 2013 we were among first visitors of the hotel. It was clean, cozy and very fashionably furnished. 
The administrators were polite and very friendly. 
The room was really nice and spacious, clean. New furniture, really nice design.
The breakfast was traditional but it was served as if we would be the guests of a Turkish family.

Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms have lots of street noise inside, windows are not preventing noise coming in. Breakfast was disappointing, it was very weak. Location is great, it's in the heart of Odunpazari.

We stayed in Arslanli in May 2013 after long trip around Turkey.
Coziness and comfort were the only things we looked for.
We found it there.
New hotel with nicely furnished rooms. The hotel opened not so long before, that is why no reason to say that it is clean.
Staff is really very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was served in time, which we told.
Free Wi-Fi, free parking.

The hotel is in old town center near the big mosque and nice park.
