We have been going to Beyaz for 16 years and it still does not disappoint. There have inevitably been changes during that time but nothing that impedes a happy, relaxed & reasonably priced holiday. There’s plenty to do and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They arrange boat trips which must not be missed. Beyaz is very suitable for families & is situated in a quiet residential area. A short walk into town provides lots of restaurants shops and scenic views from the river. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to our visit in 2025!

16 years & still coming back !

We’ve been to Beyaz several times before , but not for 9 years . We thought we’d remembered how special a place it was , but within moments of being picked up from the airport by the pre organised transfer taxi, arriving to the familiar , welcoming, family run , fun, friendly, inclusive Beyaz , we were very pleasantly surprised at how we’d under remembered its special-ness ! 
Tim and Sarah (the owners) happened to also be sharing their holiday with us , and it is truly that, a sharing of time, conversation, fun , laughter and togetherness , whilst also allowing us the privacy and relaxation we needed , made them the perfect hosts. 
Serdar, Anna and the other staff as always welcome every visitor like a long lost friend, nothing is too much trouble and their only aim is to ensure you have the holiday you need and want. 
The breakfasts are just lovely, fresh , local produce with the addition of eggs cooked your way , home grown pomegranates squeezed fresh for daily intake of healthy juice, as well as accommodating our gluten free needs. 
The bar is a great place for a chat over a very reasonably priced drink , watch the sun go down and shade from the heat of the day.
The grounds and accommodation are top notch, beautiful pool, sun beds , shaded day beds,  table tennis, books available to satisfy all needs as well as well equipped apartments , comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms , balcony seating and dining in every one- . 
Dalyan has seen some changes in the 9 years we’ve been away, but these have only improved what has always been a friendly , welcoming , fun little town - the river is beautiful with a new walkway viewing area of the tombs- restaurants to suit every taste and an equal mix of quiet romantic, beautiful ,scenic ,historical, as well as the livelier partying opportunities are to be found. The beach is a beautiful and peaceful boat ride away and many trips are organised by serdar at Beyaz along the river and to the sea or the lake- which are fun relaxing and very reasonably priced.
We will not be leaving it another 9 years to return, ! Beyaz is a special place that never leaves you once you’ve experienced it . Thank you to all who make this place such a gem

Beyaz in the autumn - perfection !

Beyaz is an incredibly friendly and homely environment. All the staff were kind and had good local information, they can organise a boat trip to go crabbing or a tour around the next local town. Restaurants and bars are about a ten minute walk out of beyaz, I really enjoyed this as we were away from the main strip! I can’t wait to return to this beautiful home away from home.

Simply amazing!

First time at Beyaz and will definitely be going back!! The team are super friendly and go above and beyond making sure you have the best time. The food and drinks were amazing, with a great variety to choose from.

The location was perfect, only a short walk into town.
The rooms were perfect, well equipped with everything you may need and are kept spotless at all times. The view of the tombs from our balcony were second to none.

The trips Beyaz has to offer are incredible and definitely a must do! Serdar was great and took care of everything we needed from start to finish.

Amazing!

Only giving Beyaz Villas 5 stars seems harsh. Communication through booking to pre-travel was friendly and timely. We were a little anxious at booking a holiday to Turkey for the first time but we were quickly made to feel they were there for us and looking after everything. They arranged the airport transport, which was efficient and friendly. The driver even pulled over and bought us some drinks without us asking. 
When we arrived at Beyaz Serdar, the manager, was waiting for us and accompanied us to the bar where he gave us the warmest welcome and explained everything we needed to know about the hotel and the area. Such a nice guy! 
During our stay we never encountered a member of staff without receiving a warm greeting. 
The rooms are spotless clean and well equipped. I think there are 14 rooms so we got to know all the other guests very quickly. Everyone was friendly and kind. Offering recommendations when wanted but without pushing themselves on us. 
Breakfast was lovely. A good selection of continental style brekky plus cooked eggs to your liking. 
We loved the short walk (5 mins tops) into town, which we found to be very welcoming again with a friendly relaxed atmosphere. The locals are just so lovely. 
Serdar arranged trips for us (either for us to do on our own when we wished it as well as group outings). The latter was really enjoyable - a boat trip with food, swimming, fishing for crabs, etc. - and very reasonably priced. He even came with us to help the skipper. 
Beyaz was recommended to us by a friend who comes every year. We are grateful for that advice as we will also be back many times. 
As an aside, we were fortunate enough to be there at the same time as Tim and Sarah, the owners, who arrived a couple of days after us. What a delightful family. Every visitor won’t be lucky enough to meet them but if you do it will enhance your holiday even more. They could not have been nicer. Tim even arranged a very early morning walk to take me to the Roman ruins at Kaunos and we climbed Lion Rock overlooking the town. A very special morning.

Pretty much perfect - 5/5!!

This was my first visit to Dalyan, and indeed, Türkiye. Beyaz Villas was recommended to me, and I’m so pleased that it was. As a solo visitor, I was a little apprehensive, but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It is such a friendly place and I was very well looked after by Serdar and Anna. I thoroughly enjoyed the  boat trips  that were arranged by Serdar. They  were great fun, and the other guests were very welcoming and inclusive. I look forward to returning to this lovely place in the future.

Fabulous little place

Had a fabulous time away! What a wicked spot - very peaceful, relaxing and so close the the town if you fancy a late night!
The team there are fantastic. Special shout out to Surdar, he looked after us no end.

Rob joined us for a trek up Kaunos & Lion Rock - what an experience.

Food & drink at Beyaz was delicious & so fresh.
I did enjoy our meals at Lime - would recommend the Steak Oscar.
Cafe Dalyano was a fan favourite for a pre dinner & post dinner drink.

Top Class

Arrive, relax, unwind and unlock the magic of a stay at Beyaz Villas. 
Having rarely visited anywhere abroad twice other than to relatives in Portugal we returned in September for the fifth time as a couple. Serdar, Anna and the team make it feel like home as soon as you arrive in the paid for private transfer that they arrange from the airport.
The rooms are airconditioned and spacious, a bedroom, lounge, balcony and a terrace or balcony and spotless.
This year we met with at least 20 people that we have got to know through Beyaz including friends from the States. The trips that the team arrange are great value and  are exclusively for Beyaz guests, it is a great way to meet your fellow travelers. 
Dalyan center is only a five minute stroll but you are far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Dalyan has plenty to occupy you and the choice of restaurants and food styles will satisfy most pallets and budgets.
Truly a relaxing place, Great Villa, Great staff, wonderful location equals the perfect holiday. Thank you Beyaz.

Simply the Best

This is our 14th visit to Beyaz and it was brilliant as always.  Serdar and the team are so friendly and professional and  everything is spotlessly clean.  The food at Beyaz is something I always look forward to.  All the trips are organised by Serdar and the atmosphere both at Beyaz and on the trips is like everyone is one big family.  As always Serdar amazed us with his fabulous dance moves.  The crabbing trip is my favourite and it ends with a lovely curry back at Beyaz with everyone and this year a quiz was organised by Ian no. 2.  Once you try Beyaz I guarantee you will want to come back.

I have lost count of the number of times I have been to Beyaz, we first went in 2008 and have been returning guests ever since. 
The ethos of the place cannot be found anywhere else, it is definitely a home from home. The team that work there are second to none , nothing is too much trouble. The apartments and grounds are maintained to a high standard. It’s a short walk into town where there are many lovely restaurants and bars to choose from. The trips are a must and are organised by the team at Beyaz and are just for Beyaz guests. 
I introduced some friends of mine this year (after years of me telling them how amazing it is) they loved it and have already booked to return next year. 
I can not recommend a holiday to Beyaz Villas enough, once you go you will definitely return again and again
