Kahya Resort Aqua & Spa

2 days left here of another 14 night stay. This year we brought my brother and his son. Next year the whole family are planning to come. Firstly the entertainment team are incredible with both the kids and the adults. Berkan, Ayisha, Can, Berkay and Ferhat are all amazing and keep everyone's spirits high and help to create a really fun and relaxing environment. I cannot stress how great these guys are. Really really good people. It was my sons 7th birthday when he was here and Berkan and Ayisha went and bought him a cake (from outside the resort) and an Under Armour shirt/shorts set out of thier own money. These guys really care about their jobs and are definitely the main reason we came back. Shows are brilliant, darts and water polo are great fun twice a day every day. Alp in client relations is brilliant if you want to book anything over and above (like arrangements for a birthday, the a la care restaurant etc...) Food is beautiful but have an open mind as it caters for multiple nationalities. Snack bar at the pool does baked potatoes chips nuggets burgers and the BEST pizza. If you don't want to get dressed up for lunch. Be nice to the staff and they will love mountains for you. Waterpark is alot of fun and the lifeguards are all so friendly. Rooms are spotless and the cleaning staff are super friendly. Bar staff are amazing also and really go out of their way to provide the best service possible. Guys in reception were fantastic from the minute we arrived and even looked after us on the cost of a room upgrade. Pool is honestly the cleanest one I've ever swam in and we holiday ALOT. Not sure how exactly they manage to do it with what feels like no chlorine. Open your eyes in the water and its like swimming in freshwater. I cannot fathom how anyone could give this place negative reviews it really does tick all the boxes. Tell any of the entertainment team you read Shaggy's (the nickname they gave me after karaoke) review if you do come. It will definitely get a laugh out of them.
