This place has a great location in Alacati, close to everywhere but distant enough to relax. The hosts were very warm and helpful whenever we asked for any help, which is very important as it’s not a full service hotel. They helped us with the car park and gave good tips where to go.

We stayed at this lovely little place for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. The room was a good size and we loved the tile decoration in the bathroom - which was huge. Air con worked great. Bright and airy with lots of windows in our room as well. Close to Alacati, which has the cutest little streets. Very photogenic. The owners were lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing. One of the best we have had this trip. 

Awesome small family run hotel within 3 minutes walking distance to Alacati town with restaurants/bars/shops, etc. Everything is fresh and clean, the beds are comfortable. The man who runs the place is very friendly and willing to help with whatever you may need during your stay. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning in there quaint outside garden area. The price is right. Thanks again. 

This is a fantastic family run hotel/apartment in a wonderful town of Alacati. Location of this apartment is perfect - a peaceful location and just 3 minutes walk and you are in Alacati downtown/market/heap restaurants. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and functional. Bathroom is something special and is as good as another room. Very good balconies as seat-out. Breakfast is served in the garden every day morning. It contains breads, local varieties of jams/marmalade, butter (superb!), assorted cheese, eggs, olives, Turkish tea, etc. Ample parking space and free internet throughout the property available.

Apartment owner/family is very friendly and helpful. They do speak English well. Do ask local recommendations to eat and explore the town. Our son had good time in playing around in the property which has a garden and open spaces as well. All in all we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend. Price to performance ratio is excellent.

The hotel is owned by a very friendly family that are very helpful with every request. It’s cozy and feels like home.

clean family facility, room was clean enough and smell was great. breakfast was so so not a great one  in Alacati. i missed some local home made foods,traditional eagen jams but was ok. comparing price vs service,room it was OK but with some small details they can create difference
