Great location and architecture of the room and the building is great. If you want to rest without a noise it’s a good choice because the location is not so close to city center but also you can just walk down there. The staff is very friendly and helpful about any issue. Food prices of hotel are convenient, good balance with quality. We read some comments about the breakfast and we can also say the breakfast was really great with lots of different jams.The only small problem we had was the bed. We requested a French bed but we got two beds side-by-side, the stuff change the bed however the new mat was very firm and it was not comfortable to sleep on. On the other hand, this was a small issue if you say one or two days like us.

Good hotel

We did never stay at Alenos Hotel:We have booked a room on the day of our arrival and we called the hotel to inform it about our arrival time. Money was immediately taken from the credit card but shortly after we received a call by a third person, who was neither from the hotel nor from Hotels.com, who said he was acting on behalf of a group of hotels in Alacati and informed us that the hotel was already booked and offered a room in another hotel, Kordelya Alacati, for the money we had already paid to Hotels.com.We called again Alenos Hotel and got confirmation that it was already overbooked.Even though the proposed hotel didn't have good comments,  we accepted the offer because it was late, money was already taken and the person who made the offer persuaded us that we would get even a better accommodation than the original one.Unfortunately that was not true. The hotel did not meet an acceptable level of cleanliness, the bathroom was extremely dirty and not in proper function. We realized later that for the price we paid we could have stayed in a much much better place. Since no booking was done through Hotels.com for Kordelya Alacati, we cannot publish a comment for it but we have photo/video evidence available.We are also very disappointed that Alenos Hotel did never call us to apologize for the inconvenience and offer the cancellation of the payment.

Customer's right abuse

This is a sublime spot within walking distance of famous Alaçati. The staff are amazing breakfasts legendary and facilities relaxing, can and comfortable. The last 7 days have been magical and I cannot recommend both the hotel and Alaçati enough. A truly memorable vacation.

Delightful stay in Tur 58 in Alaçati

My husband and I just spent the weekend at Tur 58 Hotel. We really loved the ambiance. Great hosting, great service. I went there 3 years ago with my mom. Last weekend I went there with my husband. The hotel is designed both for couples, families and single ones. If you want you to have a romantic holiday,  prefer room number 1 and 2. Thank you Samet and Nilay for their great hospitality.

Great Hosting and Great Service

This hotel nows what the hospitality is! :) Nice staff, comfy and clean rooms, very satisfying Turkish breakfast.. 17 o'clock tea time treats are very tasty ;) gotto go if you are a crazy windsurfer or a romantic couple..

Excellent stay

It was very obvious from the start, when i've called to ask for a room, that the staff was so friendly, so kind and the hotel is managed seriously aiming to keep the customer satisfaction at the highest level. The hotel was very much above my expectations, in terms of everthing...the rooms were very clean, newly painted, and the furniture were in very good conditon keeping you comfortable..even the tovels were very soft which is very hard to find in most of the hotels....The food was great and breakfast was so delicious, probably the best i had in Alacati, the highest quality...The owner, the managers and all staff were very friendly and the service quality was very high...Also the location of the hotel was very close to the surf beaches and also many good restaurants. They even help in finding a surf school with a reasonal price designated only to their guests. I highly recommend to everyone...i have good taste in hotel, service and food..And this hotel was  perfect!!!

Perfect place for a perfect holiday

We stayed for a week in June 2014.
The hotel is located 5min from the beautiful town centre in a residential neighborhood.
Service is very friendly and personal.
The pool and breakfast area are great, but don't serve dinner. Although there are 100's of great options in town.
Only remark is the quality of the beds, could be better..
Overall a fantastic place and excellent value for money.
