The Goodville Cottage

My stay here was better than any expectation! The Cottage is very nice, clean witha warm and familiar atmosphere. The Staff is very kind and professional with friedly relationship. Thay are open to arrange everything you need including nice excursions. I highly recommand this Cottage to everyone who look for beautiful location, cleaning, quiet place and nice staff around you.

A decent riverside cottage. Welcomed by friendly owner and two dogs. Homely stay with simple facilities. Recommended for those who look for a stay with nature vibes. Also a must to visit to Ban Mai Chay Nam restaurant! It's just a stone throw away!

Tucked in local neighborhood, this accomodation seemed dull. But building layout, structure and decor are what attracted me to book this hotel. Its difficult to reach without a transport. Situated in a tight neighborhood, its a walking distance to a famous restaurant cum museum - Ban Man Chay Nam restaurant. Take note to put on insect repellant if you’re going there as the restaurant is next to a stream. 

Hotel is clean and spacious, little amenities are provided. Bathroom is abit small. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is average and staff are not so friendly. Decor of the surroundings are considered ‘cute’ and dreamy. Price of stay is economical. Take note they dont do housekeeping unless you hanged the correct signage at the door knob. 

Stayed one night on weekend with my friends. Small & cozy place to stay. Overall is great as below:

We love this cottage. Centrally located in Pak Chong town at the residental area. Walking distance to night market, eateries place, supermarket and 7E. Our Villa River View room facing a small stream. We saw monitor lizard swimming, bird chirping and squirrel jumping from one branch to another. It was relaxing and peaceful. Breakfast was simple. They have a dog name Cookie. Smart and cunning little rascal. But we love him anyway.  However we have problem with the bathroom. Shower water pressure was too low and it doesn't feel like we are taking a shower. 

Yannin was very kind, friendly and helpful. She even drove us to the main road so that the minibus to Bangkok can pick us up.  The other 2 ladies manning the place wasn't very helpful and friendly at all.  Tried to get some information from them but they just said they don't know to our questions. Not a good start for people who are in the service industry.

This place is open since 2015 so everything is relatively new and fresh. White, soft pink and “used” wood are the style here. The place is 15 mins walk from the station (we haven’t seen any taxis nor tuk tuks in Pak Chong!) but it is really worth the walk for staying here. 
At breakfast the bread will be roasted with garlic butter so if you think it is a bit early for that just give them a hint that plain sandwiches would be brilliant. :-)

Located near the Khao Yai town is this little gem among local communities. It has only 9 rooms, half of which face the garden and the other half, the river. Our group of 12 took up 6 rooms so we almost booked up the whole place which was nice. The operator was not at the reception but he thoughtfully left a telephone number and he was with us within 5 minutes. The room was very spacious, simple but clean though some of the furniture is quite old and might do with some new touch up. There was only one lock to the room due possibly to good security and safety around the community but we thought a latch would be more reassuring. The king size bed was super comfy and firm, and covered with crystal white cotton sheets, so sleep was good. The breakfast was prepared on the spot by some dedicated staff and comprised of either western set or pork porridge. We made use of the garden in front or our room to do some stretching and tai chi exercise before breakfast. Overall, it was affordable, private and clean, strongly recommended.

A little gem in Khao Yai, Thailand, you will want to visit

Comfortable bed in a good size room with nice and cold air conditioner. Unfortunately, bathroom drain was clogged and smelly & lots of spider web on the ceiling room 111. Location is quite a walking distance from the main road.

Just OK

The hotel tell me that the hotel doesn't have my reservation. I must contact the agent for this case. It's very bad experience for this trip.
