There was nobody in the house during the check in hours (15 to 21)! I had to make several international phone calls to a number that  was off during these hours. I was in a dark park staying under rain... No one came...I received the door codes by phone...
The only personnel I met during my 5 day stay was a girl who served the breakfast.
Facilities: Wifi was available from the second day, the signal was very low and slow.
Cleanliness: No cleaning during my stay. No toilet paper in the bathroom after the second day. Too many people used the same bathroom.
Last but not least: They asked me to pay 20% more than it was in my reservation!

Not welcoming house

I was attending a conference at the University, so Bellevue was convenient with an easy 20 min walk to the campus. 

I stayed in room 1, which is huge. Bed and fittings were comfortable. No litter bin though. Shared bathrooms were clean and good hot water. 

Henrick is a very welcoming host and the breakfast was perfect; coffee excellent too. The building is well-kept and it felt like a very unique experience to stay in a listed 18th century house - a leaflet explaining the history of it would be a nice touch though!

Several ICA supermarkets are close by, and there are plenty of options for dinner within a 15 min walk. Several busses run close by so easy to get downtown. The free wifi had a decent speed too.

A nice experience in Stockholm, and lived up to my expectations of being an alternative to a hotel!

Quirky and spacious

I stayed for 2 nights, to watch the Europa Lesage Final, and the owner is a very nice guy - crazy Swede with a great sense of humour. He could not be more welcoming. 
The accommodation is a 17th century listed building, ideally situated in Stockholm in the Royal park, 
Beds are comfy, facilities are good - shared bathrooms, but there are 2 of them and only 4 rooms so its no drama.
Id stay there again without doubt.

Cost effective no frills hotel The perfect place to stay in Stockholm and the owner is a good guy and makes you feel really at home .

It's a listed building which has some unusual features. 

Clean and very quiet with some nice views of a lake!
Easy to get to the Central Stockholm station.

I would recommend very highly.

Great find! Cost effective in an expensive city 

We stayed here for 4 nights. Room spacious although very squeaky bed everytime we moved.  
Breakfast OK but not much choice. Bathrooms OK not a problem sharing but didn't want to shower as no shower mat and floor got very slippy. 
In a nice neighbourhood and a 40 min walk to centre, straight down one road. Didnt use public transport as preferred to walk. Lovely local bars and restaurants, ate in a pizzeria called manemale superb! 
Henrick the owner helpful and told us to visit skeppsholmen, lovely island accessible over small bridge.
