We stayed just 1 night in the hotel to visit the Horton Plains which are close by. The hotel itself is a little old but this did not matter for us since we did not spend too múch tíme at there. More important to us was that the staff was really really nice to us and from the very first moment tried their best to make us háve a good tíme. As an example they decorated our bed with flowers which was a very nice welcoming gesture. Apart from that the Chef made some World class chicken biryani for us upon request of which we háve to say it was probay one of the best we ever ate. All in all we really had a good tíme there and its a good place to use as a base for excursions into the mountains
