Green Villa Induruwa

The host was extremely warm & polite. They made sure I was taken care of really well . The room size was super big and ideal .Only negative aspect are the houseflies around the property & its isolated location . 

Very much calm and peaceful place. Little far from Bentota beach which is like a paradise for Beach people. Beach side restaurant offers a good experience. Staff were friendly. Overall a small offer which caters its best.

Its a small hotel located right in front of the beach. Best place for people looking for calm and peaceful place.
The service provided in the hotel is good and staffs are pretty helpful.
The only bad experience at this hotel is its WiFi / internet facility.Its pretty slow and does not connect properly.

A Peaceful experience.

Green Villa is located between the road, and the railroad, on one side and the beach on the other side. I held the number five room for three days while I paid for seven days. So I will summarize what led me to leave the hotel only three days after my arrival as I had paid seven days. In fact for very short: the hotel's description in no way corresponds to reality. Indeed:
1 / Wifi. Billed as operational throughout the hotel was one of my criteria for choosing to stay constantly connected to my office. My surprise was great. Very many cuts and very low speed that makes internet unusable even basic operations like just reading mails. Not talking to perform research or opening attached documents that becomes impossible.
2 / Noise. The noise is not advertised in the description while the windows of the rooms overlook an extremely busy road both day and night. Trucks (pictured through the window of the room 5) do not stop to flow even at night. When I arrived I reported it to the Manager "Chasles" that my answer that I had not let me know because there was double glazing. I attached the picture of what the manager called double glazing. The rooms on the 2nd floor are the boiling as the rafters are based directly on the wall and there remains an opening through or noise rushes. Full of happiness on the other side of the road there is the railway. In short, this will change over trucks!
3 / Swimming in the sea. I chose the hotel because it is located in a beautiful beach and I preferred to one with a pool. Too bad that in the description of the hotel it does not at all mention the fact that the sea at this point is very dangerous and it is especially advised not to swim!
4 / Room cleaning. I've realized or third day if you do not ask it the room is not made. On all do not forget to ask for given that with the high temperature it is better that housekeeping is done daily which is not the case.
5 / Cleanliness in general. The cleanliness is far below the standards of the profession. This is very striking example in the restaurant or tablecloths, placemats and napkins are not changed (during my four days - three nights they never changed) .
6 / Odors-Smile. The kitchen is located on the first floor which has the immediate consequence that smells primarily rependent at the first and second floor.
7 / Slow service. The five or six restaurant tables are located near the beach. The place is nice but service drags it is best to go eat elsewhere. The only problem then lies in the fact that the hotel is far from everything.

I think the few examples above illustrate very well the reason I found horrible choice that I had unfortunately helped by the very few realistic description that is made.


Very disappointed. Big surprise: enormous gap between the hotel’s description and the poor reality.

Very noisy near a crowdy road and train.our room in 2nd floor was open under the roof and noise was very loud.
Dirty.cleaning is done if you ask for.towels are not changed.diner set dirty.
Manager no present.
Very surprise to read so many good apreciations!!!!
