Caution with the owner

The Villa Goodwill Paradise is a wonderful place to stay. Siri and his staff are lovely and have no problem helping you out. You have everything you need  in the  shared kitchen even a  washing machine. The place is immaculate. I would   highly recommend this place.

Comfortable  and Friendly

Villa goodwill Paradise is one of the best accommodation you can think of in Hikkaduwa. A property with a nice pool and everyone starting from the owner to other staff is extremely friendly. Spitlessly cleaned.

Hospitality at its best

Absolutely wonderful villa. We stayed for three nights in the suite with terrace. The owner is a great guy who was very welcoming and helpful with any requests. He speaks perfect english and german and can also help with arranging tours. The room was big and clean with great facilities including kettle, fridge and hairdryer. Everything is done at really high standard. The room was very quiet, all one can hear is the birds and squirrels. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were friendly and happy.
Another amazing thing about the villa is that wildlife (peacocks, monkeys, mongooses, …) can be watched right from the balcony.
The pool is great too and the beach is only 5min away, although for surfing it’s another 15min walk up the beach.
While there wasn’t a generator yet (for the frequent powercuts) when we stayed there, the owner has ordered one which should be in place by now.

Amazing place to stay

What an amazing villa,  it's a hidden gem about 2 minutes from the beach and a short walk to the restaurants ,stopless clean , great pool ,fantastic large rooms, and brilliant staff we would not hesitate to book this amazing villa again, thanks ladies and gentlemen for a great holiday. 

Fantastic 

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and generous. The location was very quiet, far from the main road’s busy traffic, despite being only a 5 minute walk from it and from Narigama beach. Narigama beach is like the south end of Hikkaduwa beach (3km south from Hikkaduwa train station). At first we thought we were too far south but we soon realised that we were on the nicer end of the beach, where the sand strip is much larger and with still a lot of nice cool beach cafes and free sunbeds (unlike the northern end where you need to pay to use sunbeds). 

Clean nice rooms, quiet and close to beach and lovely staff. 

This place was perfect. Staff were lovely - attentive, friendly and helpful and the standard of room was the highest we have had in Sri Lanka as well as the breakfast! 
Although a little out of main Hikkaduwa it is off the main noisy road and only a short walk to nearby restaurants (no name restaurant does the best rottis and the cake shop next to it had the best cakes I’ve ever had). 200 in a tuktuk to Hikkaduwa junction/beach but there is narigama beach only 5/10mins walk away!! My boyfriend and I stayed 5 nights and could have stayed longer!!!! They’ve got it all right. And the price was the icing on the cake for all we got!! Definitely recommend!!!

A hidden Gem!! 

The villa is a few storey building with quite spacios rooms with hight ceilings. Bed was big and comfy, shower was good. They have common kitchen with everything for cooking which was very nice as I love waking up in solitude. It can be a bit noisy for people with broken sleep because you hear the trains at night time sometimes, but I used ear plugs. Same time despite the villa is located a bit away from the ocean you still hear the sound of waves on the balcony - amazing! 
The ocean is within walking distance and you may always get tuk-tuk.
The location of the villa is a bit isolated which was cool - it is surrounded by jungles and you may watch animals sometimes. 
The host was very nice and friendly guy as well as their staff. Enjoyable experience!

Calm ambiance and jungles

Fantastic staff who are both helpful and friendly and able to help out with taxis, rickshaws and full trips.  Lovely clean room with large shower room.  Great jungle view from the balcony.  Very peaceful setting and s short walk to the beach and restaurants.  Good value for money.

Very friendly staff and great value

We loved our stay here. Nice comfortable bed and only a few mosquitoes (there is no net). It's far enough away that it's not loud, but also within walking distance of the main strip. We also appreciated having a safe in the room.
