problems with payment of booking and not well managed by owner.  Make sure account is settled at start.

The owner is cheating on their clients. He sells a nice experience in this hotel but put guests in another hotel. A 2 star old hotel which is far away from the beach!
The other hotel is very old, close to a loud bar and at 5 in the morning the prayer starts very loudly. So sleeping is very difficult
Please stay away from this Hotel.

Horrible stay

Great villa! spacious, clean, comfy and italian-style. Big rooms with pricate bathrooms, with/without AC and mosquito nets. Balcony with nice view of palm trees and houses. Sasanka is extremely helpful, kind and discreete guy. Amazing surprise and super-super facilitation was fully equipped kitchen (pans, knives, bowls, stove, fridge) and free washing maschine! Definitely worth recommendation for every traveller! Walking distance c.a. 5mins to huge, not overcrowded beach and Cargills supermarket. Hats off to kitchen/free laundry and cleanliness :)
