We called in off the road and the staff treated us really well, cooking supper and also breakfast. We were the only people staying but they welcomed us and made us very much at home. Fantastic fittings and furniture. Tons of space in the room. Wonderful bathroom. Brilliant - highly recommendable

Nothing was too much trouble

On our initial arrival, we were greeted warmly by the owner and offered accommodation in his newer development near bentota beach. Amidst the higher end scale accommodations in the area, this place was a hidden sapphire. The rooms, Still a budget price, were spacious, clean, comfortable, and within 2 minute walking distance to the beautiful bentota beach. 

But the real joy of our stay was the family with which we stayed. They provided exemplary services such as tours, travel services, and any other needs were catered to without pressure. 

There are a number of restaurants in the tea serving excellent, yet expensive seafood, but fear not as the family can provide delicious 
home cooked meals on request.

Set in leafy grounds, this charity orientated family run the perfect stay, going above and beyond the call of duty...at your very own leisure. 

We are looking forward to coming back soon, and definitely before it gets in the guide book!


Beyond expectations

rooms are basic ,staff are very helpfull, nothing is to much trouble .he also has a villa right on the beach (very nice)

Very good ,clean,cheap,great location

Green Garden is highly recommended. Simple room, but it makes rather super, is the sweet staff. You feel really welcome and they will do anything that you feel comfortable and not missing anything. They were so sweet to drive us around to the bank, beach, etc. The breakfast was simple, but one of the best we have had in Sri Lanka, off all the Guest Houses we have been on. So, super service, nice staff, great room and good Location and can be recommended.
