Have just returned from this hotel which we have stayed at for the second year running. The room was a vast improvement on last years and the service was even better than the already excellent service we received last year. The manager was a delight to deal with and even came to wish us a good journey home on our last day. The rooms are spotlessly clean and it is a lot quieter than you would imagine for a hotel in this location. The double glazing must be top notch. We were respected and shown every courtesy, help and friendliness from every member of staff from check-in to check-out. And the food was out of this world, no wonder that one of their restaurants received a Michelin star rating last year. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
