I've never been here before and seriously don't understand the negative reviews for this hotel. Rooms clean and bright, plenty of space beds comfy, bathroom spacious with a great shower. With daily housekeeping. Food excellent lots of variety with fresh meat and fish being cooked in front of you, plenty of salad choice and constantly being re-filled and wiped down, desserts and fruit to choose from. Staff friendly and always smiling and helpful. If they couldn't answer, they found someone who could even if it was via Google translate. Pool area has plenty of sunbeds to choose from and warm pool which makes a change, we used to adult only area with a jacuzzi which was very warm and relaxing, plenty of sun loungers to choose from and an area that gets sun most of day. Wellbeing Centre gives excellent massages would recommend. Location is a 10-minute walk to the promenade, so you can go along the coast/sand dunes with a lovely area that has everything from shops to bars and restaurants The only thing we found baffling was the sunbeds being reserved when it was still dark outside 7-7.30am (seriously embarassing) Even though signs everywhere to say are not allowed to reserve and with plenty to choose from, there is no need. Staff are still trying to clean and get pool ready. The pool area doesn't open until 8 am. Would stay here again and would tell people to ignore negative reviews.
