We rented the finca for a family holiday including a one year old baby. The finca was ideally suited. Four good sized bedrooms all with a/c and en-suite facilities; great lounge/diner; fully equipped kitchen and excellent Wi-Fi But it’s the outside living that’s so important and this finca has an open patio running along the length of the building - with table ideal for breakfast or evening meal. It has a separate table under cover overlooking the pool area ideal for lunchtimes when escaping the heat of the sun; and a great sized pool. The property is surrounded by well maintained gardens and open countryside and the vineyards belonging to the owners whose own property is c1km further up the private driveway and hidden from view. It is possible to walk along the paths around the property through woodland and overlooking almond and carob groves as well as the vineyards The owners are excellent hosts. Available to welcome you; always contactable but never intrusive We were welcomed to visit the winery. The old fermentation cellar was impressive - some 250 years old with stones dyed crimson by the grapes. It’s now used as the storage cellar with new vats being used for production. The continuation of a multi-generational family business is well worth a visit The location was ideal for us. Although quiet and accessible via a quiet local road it is 15 minutes to the airport and Palma beaches; 20 minutes from Soller and 30 minutes from Pollença. All of these were easy drives because the motorway is relatively close by - albeit invisible and unheard from the finca There are good local shops and restaurants available This was a great find for our needs and I have no hesitation in recommending it
