There was a significant safety issue when I arrived. 
On top of that I informed them the day before by phone and spoke personally with the man to say I was delayed and would arrive the next day at 6pm.
When I arrived the man would not answer the door and when he finally answered the phone he said ‘Victoria, I’ll kill you’. (Victoria, Te Mato) 

There was very disturbing distressed human noises in the background

This place is completely not as described. It is a residential house. Picture of the place is attached.. 

He was very rude to my friend in the way he spoke and did not come outside of the house to speak to us but spoke to us over the fence saying that he had cancelled it and we have to pay again even though I had called. 

The man spoke to me very badly asking personal details in a very aggressive disrespectful way without coming out beyond the gate. 

The place was awful and scary with stained mattresses and a woman came out staring at us without staying anything and frightening noises coming from the house.
I was actually scared and couldn’t stay there.

Safely concern! Do not book here! Absolutely appalling.

Perfect host, perfect location - the apartment felt like my home away from home. Recommended location for beach and for language schools. Very clean apartment, spacious enough also for 2 persons. Great shower.
Everything is near ... beach, restaurants, supermarkets, bike rental. 
Host is very friendly, speaks Spanish, English, German

The property was in excellent condition and everything promised was delivered . Friendly and helpful reception with a service of the apartment offered mid-stay.The transport links are excellent with a 24 hr bus service virtually on the doorstep

Good location with excellent travel options.

This has been our second stay at these apartments which are very clean and well laid out.  The Director, Rocio, is extremely helpful and speaks very good english.  Close to the beach and local shops.  Supermarket 5 minutes walk away.  Buses to City Centre run every 10 minutes (approx 20 minutes on bus).  Hint - get a Transbordo card from the EMT Office as this works out much cheaper 0.80e per trip and is valid for 1 hour so can be used to change buses if necessary. For those who enjoy walking, you can walk along the seafront all the way into the city centre.  A second perfect holiday, thank you Rocio

Perfect apartments if you don't want to be in the city

We stayed in one the other apartments which was just round the corner from my mums house which is why we chose it. It was clean and beds were super comfortable.  As a family we could of done with a bit more in the kitchen but we managed. Great for a short stay. The service we got from the owner was first rate.

Christmas break!

Fantastic location - almost across the street from the sea, located in seaside city of El Palo, 20min by bus from the center of Malaga. The rooms were great, with all the possible facilities (wc/shower/over/micorwave/washing mashine/TV... everything!), very clean and tidy. 

Instead of reception, owner herself greeted us, showed around and recommended all nearby attractions, making us feel warm and welcomed! Definite recommendation.
