I stayed here 4 nights with my friends. In advanced we had ordered taxi to get us from airport, and the driver was waiting us on the airport. At the apartment there was a guy welcoming us and showing places. When we came we ordered taxi from him to take us back to airport after 4 nights. Staff we contact before our trip, was promised somekind of "welcome surprise", but there was nothing waiting at the apartment. We stayed on first floor apartment, so we didn't had terrace. Apartment was very dark, windows were tricky to open. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. There was only one towel per person for 4 nights. And quality of towels was poor. No soap. Backyard terrace and swimming pool was small, but ok and quiet. We didn't spent much time there. Quite near were few nice restaurants and cafes. We moved by metro, but it took some time to go to the centre or beach. In the morning we were leaving back to the airport and home, the taxi we were preordered, didn't come. We called to the office, but they didn't send us new taxi or give taxi number. We had a bit hurry, but luckily we got a taxi from the street, first we had walked some distance with our luggage. :(

The staff and "services" was poor!!

You get what you pay for and Palauet Tres Torres is no exception.  This is not the cheapest apartment in Barcelona but it must be amongst the best. Great communication from Helena in advance and friendly welcome and explanation from Marta on arrival.  Fantastic location in a safe, upmarket and quiet residential area of the city.  You can be in the centre of Barcelona inside 10 mins via the fast, frequent and air conditioned metro with the station only 100 metres away.  Flat has all you need for your stay - inc very good free wifi, a/c and great little pool to cool off in.  No hesitation in recommending.  Enjoy...!

Situated in a posh neighborhood it provides you comfort, luxury and safety if travelling with family. Well maintained and very clean apartments with all basic necessities. A private pool makes the apartment totally worth the money.

Posh Barcelona

We stayed at Palauet Tres Torres for 5 days over new years chosen to have a quiet retreat with quick metro access to the city, but ease of using a car to explore the local country regions and it ticked all of these boxes.  
The apartment was very easy to find, just off Via Augusta or Rua Diagonal, around 200m to the Metro and within an easy walk to super markets and other shops and restaurants.  The apartment is well appointed with most things that you need for the stay.
We had a ground floor apartment at the back which was very quiet and easy to get in and out of during our stay.
The room was functionally clean but not spotless, the bed a little too firm for our preferred comfort level and the car park was a bit of a trek and rather expensive.
Although there was no assistance at immediate call, Helena provided assistance over email and made sure that we had everything that we needed.
If you want an independent apartment in Barcelona, this is a reasonable affordable selection.  I would recommend it to others.
A broom and paper towels would help.

Good Apartment in a Quiet Location

2 blocks to Metro, 2-3 blocks to supermarket and restaurants. Pretty building with pool. Great wi-fi. Neighborhood feel. Washer and dryer. Helena was very helpful and responsive when we couldn't find the cooking utensils, having a neighbor deliver some. 

International TV emphasized European programming and languages and we could only change languages on Spanish TV. Beds were very firm. Some traffic noise from a one-way residential street that was fairly busy.
