The yeosu Inn guesthouse is one of the bigger hostels. 
All facility’s are clean and well maintained. The beds are really comfortable and inviting. I especially liked the underfloor heating. 
Unluckily there is no real community area to meet people so you are limited to the reception.
Therefore the staff is really making an effort to help you and give advises on what to do during the stay.
You have WiFi in all areas with fine speeds (19/15 Mbps). 

I had a good time at the Yeousu hostel and would recommend to stay there.

Good Hostel but not the best atmosphere. 

This modest Korean style hotel was clean and well maintained.  The staff were friendly and helpful without being obsequious.  The breakfast room was spacious and bright.  Like every Korean motel i have ever stayed in, the bed was far too firm for my liking.  

Excellent staff!

We stayed here on a night in Yeosu. We hadn't booked ahead and got there about 2pm. Although we don't speak much Korean at all, we were allowed to see the room and facilities before deciding if we wanted to take the room. We paid 60,000 won for a double room with ac, tv and private bathroom. This included a breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was served 0830-1000 in the kitchen downstairs and consisted of hard boiled eggs, toast, bananas, tea, coffee and juice. 

The guesthouse is well located and is SPOTLESSLY clean! You're given towel and pillow cases when you check in, and a shoe cupboard in the lobby which you write your name on the door of!

One word of warning- the guesthouse locks the door at midnight. We thought we'd be allowed to use a code to get in but this isn't the case as its a card key and only the staff have one. By the time we'd realised this, it was after 6pm and we had showered and unpacked in the room. The owner was very kind in trying to explain the situation and even allowed us to extend it til 1am. I suppose this would be my only negative about this place and I think to improve, they could/should fit a door with a code.
