I've been travel many different cities in the world and stayed in many different hotels with good rating.  When it comes hospitality, this place is number one in my list.

I did not bring any warm cloth. My last day, it was raining hard.  The owner of hotel worried about me so she gave me her jacket.  She mentioned that I do not have to return this.  I went to stay in mountain area for next one month.  The jacket saves many times.  I never experienced this kind of hospitality from any other place.  This is one of example.  There were many moments and incidents I can never forget.

We made this our base to travel around Boseong, Yeosu and Suncheon itself. The guesthouse is closer to the train station than the bus terminal. A taxi will cost about 3000 kwon from the bus terminal to this guesthouse. The room size itself was typical of most hotels of this price range. I loved that it was spotless and that the cleaning staff came in daily and did a good job. The floors are heated which is good in winter if you like to walk barefooted. They do not provide indoor slippers (bathroom slippers are available). The staff were very helpful in advising us on which buses etc to take for our various day trips. Complimentary breakfast provided is simple (mostly eggs - cook them yourself, toast, butter/jam and coffee). Instant noodles and fancier coffee/tea is available after you pay.

Good location and excellent advice on transport given by staff

We stayed here as a family of four travelling around South Korea. The place was clean and simple. The room had comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was a DIY kind with simple stuff like toast and egg. The receptionist was very helpful in booking us our taxi and giving us information about the local area. The guesthouse was just around the corner from the main station so there were lots of options for lunch and dinner. The place was just like any other guesthouse: clean and simple.Great for a quick nights sleep to then go and see the beautiful tea plantation an hours bus drive away.

This is a modern hotel-like guesthouse.
We loved almost everything in this guesthouse. It's hard to find blemish here. I think every guest liked here.
- Location is very close from the train station. The area near the guesthouse needs to have some more signs, though.
- Very kind staffs. They are ready to help all the time.
- Private bathroom can't cut sound enough. I could hear it lying on a bed.
- The facility is quite new and nice. They also run a café at the reception.

We stayed here just one night and were very pleased with what we got for our money. We arrived at 10am and although too early to check on there were lockers to store our bags in while we went out for the day. Arriving back soaking wet and exhausted from a full day we had a lovely hot shower and managed to get some of our clothes dry by morning because of the heated floor which we laid clothes on. On this occasion were grateful for the warm temperature in the room as we were cold. Breakfast was simple toast and cereal, coffee etc but did the trick before we had to leave for an early bus. Only downside to our visit was the bathroom being a wet room meant the whole thing got soaked but wasn’t a major issue. Oh location is great too just a few minutes from the train station and around 10 to then bus station and the staff were friendly too.
