Hotel was just opp to unseo station and hence def would say value for money. Though room was neat and clean, flooring was giving it a look of old hotel room. Also we were promised airport drop early in the morning and reminded them twice but still no shuttle was available and we had to go by subway on our own. It was disappointing.

It has all basic features for transit short term air travelers 
Complementary shuttle is nice
Arrival help desk let you call hotel to pick you up just have number handy.  Confirm drop off as well as they have dropping schedule so you can plan accordingly.
It has access to local restaurants shopping shops 7/11 and metro in walking distance. Took metro and visited Myeong-dong  it was great.

Location and value for money

The room is okay and clean,  but you 
 can't watch foreign movies in the tv and also the staff here is very rude and inconsiderate. After paying for 5 days what did they do?  they're being no so nice  Don't go to this hotel. not very comfortable because of the staff being rude.

Won't recommending this hotel

I regret booking this hotel, but I got caught in a no cancellation policy that I didn't notice until I tried to cancel it.  The rooms were worn and tired, and they didn't feel all that clean.  Wifi for the room didn't work, but fortunately there were other options.  Stay somewhere else.

Okay for just one night, but there are better ones

I'll say one nice thing: the room was large. A large empty space, where you could contemplate the greasiness of the ancient carpet, and wonder if there had been a second double bed in there at one time when the hotel bore a different name. At the front desk, you'll be greeted casually or coldly, depending on who's there. Once in the hallway of rooms, you'll be stunned at the precision of tilt with which the decals spelling out the name of the hotel have been slapped upon each door. And if you must stay in the room, and somehow try to sleep, just try not to touch anything, particularly the stained duvet. Sleep with one of the mini lights on. You'll be so relieved when grey morning finally slumps in and you can wash off the memory of this place, the water pressure in the shower denting your skin with the pressure of a fire hose.
Special bonus: the alarmingly, openly dripping pipe in the bathroom that turns out to be from the A/C, and the fridge that's designed to hold nothing.

Front desk was great and we got upgraded from our basic room. Has a bath and shower with a large screen TV and 2 nice double beds plus a 3 person couch. The only drawback and my giving them a 3 star is the free shuttle service. On our shuttle to the airport, the driver only made his way to terminal 1. Upon arriving he told passengers to get off. My family and I were supposed to get off at terminal to 2. Neither the front desk nor the driver asked us which terminal nor did they let us know that his only stop was terminal 1. We were 45 minutes late for check in but not late for flight. Besides that, our stay was good. Not much to do in that area but it was to be expected. 

1 day tour of Incheon 

This hotel is lovely and clean. The staff are very friendly and the location is near the subway, grocery stores and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. In addition to this, they offer a free shuttle service from the airport,

Solo trip

After getting off to a bit of a rough start with me, I turned out to be quite pleased with the Hotel Zeumes. The rooms are good in general, and the breakfast was also a very solid one. Free airport pickup is also a big plus although I had to meet them in the departure hall of the airport which is a bit of an inconvenience for arriving passengers. All in all though a solid experience.

Good hotel

I booked this hotel mainly because of its free shuttle. I was glad that I chose to stay here instead of going to the city as by the time we came out from the immigration, it was almost midnight. The free shuttle is until 1 am, if I'm not mistaken.  Emails were promptly replied with instructions on what to do when I arrive at the airport. The best part is I could ask the staff at the airport information counter to make the free call to the hotel. Just remember to jot down the name of the hotel and the phone number. The hotel is just a mere 10 mins drive from the airport so waiting time for the van is less than 10 mins. However, just be prepared to carry the luggage yourself as the driver didn't offer to help us.
The room was big with 2 queen beds but not that clean to my standard especially the bathroom. There was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door! Big bottles of shampoo and shower gel were provided and they smell good. Room temperature was a bit too hot but we didn't bother to ask as we just needed to sleep for a few hours.
The front desk staff allowed us to use the hot water dispenser from their restaurant even though the restaurant was closed. We needed hot water for our instant noodles which we bought from the nearby 7 eleven as all the restaurants were already closed. Thanks to them. This hotel is value for money.

Free shuttle is a olus!

Great value for money, excellent location. It is located well within walking distance of the airport railway station  and Lotte Mart. Love the free airport shuttle for pick up and drop off. It’s just right for it’s value.
