This is a hotel normally only Korean families of businessmen use, however, all staff is really friendly and can speak English fairly well. The location is more than great just three mins walk from Haeundae beach touristic area. Really clean and nice rooms. Downsides are no view and same Korean breakfast every day. I have stayed there six times already. 

Amazing service, great value for money

Spent one night here with my family.  Rooms are big and comfortable.  Small issue with the smell of cigarette smoke.  It’s a 5 minutes walk from the beach, and the staff are very courteous. Good option if you need something In Busan 

Reasonable accommodation In Haeundae 

Hotel room is spacious and clean though lobby is small.  It is located in a very convenient area and only takes you 5 minutes to walk to the beach and there are many restaurants and shops in the vicinity.

HOWEVER, during my last night of stay, i was woke up by a stingy smell in the midnight.  I was very tired and did not ask for another room.  Even i open the windows, the bad smell was still lingering in the room.  Then i got a call at 9am from frontdesk and asked me to check the flush and toilet water quality.  Both were fine (indeed i done it already when i was woke up by the smell in the midnite) but the smell was still there.  My friend dwelled next room also got the same.  I asked the frontdesk about this when i checked out, they said the source was from my room without reason...
As there are many other choices there, i dun think i will take the risk to come back again.

I won't be back

Very close to Haeundae subway station this hotel is comfortable and modern. Just make sure you are given a room either facing the front or the back of the building as the rooms on the side have a window which doesn't let any light in as it faces an adjacent building.
The breakfast is a bit weird, I mean the sandwitches, but the coffee is good.
I was very happy (and so was my hair!) to see a hair straightner!

Look no further ladies, they have a hair straightner in the room!

We just went to this hotel and on first look, the rooms looked really classy and clean. The bath tub and rain shower bath and toilet made a pleasant first impression. The room was spacious and bed were clean and comfortable to sleep in. 

The following are things which cause us to give it a 3 point rating instead of higher: 
1. There were 3 of us and we took a room with 3 beds, naturally we brought 3 luggages and each of us have a small backpack. There were not sufficient luggage stand. There was only 1 small stand for one luggage and 2 stools. Having to squat down most of the time to get clothes and stuff wasn't too big a deal, definitely a small detail that can be easily rectified to make things more pleasant. 
2. The light in the toilet cubicle was a dim blue light. When we go to the toilet, we have to fiddle with the master control, which was near the bed. We can't tell if we have turn it on or not actually. So in order not to wake the rest, we have to go toilet in the dark. 
3. This hotel could make things more friendly for non locals by having some translation on some of the items in the room like the toilet controls and tv menu. 
4. The most unpleasant of all the points. For our entire stay, we actually have to smell second hand smoke from some other guests. We checked the windows to ensure it was not from the outside. We checked with the staff if there are smoking and non smoking levels but apparently it's a non smoking hotel. We seek the staff help to manage these guests but I guessed they couldn't do much. 

We left the hotel disappointed as it is at quite a good location with subway just a 5 mins away and many nice food joints around. Use subway exit 5, which has lift access, and walk pass Citadines Haeundae Busan, you will see a my little prince statue nearby, turn right and walk down the alley. The hotel front door is along a row of sewage drains, not too pleasant smell actually. The name of the hotel should be easily sighted as you walk along that alley. 

Just across the small street from my little prince statue is a fish cake joint. Serves nice noodles and fish cake, it is quite a busy little shop and has friendly staff to help you out. 

Further down the main road is the market, we loved the local feel of the market. They sell fresh seafood as well as other local street delights. 

At the end of the road is the beach. Which is where you can find an aquarium and the tourist information center. 

Looks good with some tinge of disappointment

We spent a few very happy nights here. The place felt very new and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The location is brilliant, walk to the beach and all the fun stuff. The room was stylish, sexy and cool with a giant bath tub in the middle of it. It was full of modern high tech twists which pleased my hubby and things which I liked to, such as 6 different settings on the bed side lamps and a desktop computer in the room so I could attend to business briefly. 

We had a baby with us and the staff went out of their way to be kind and beautiful to her. We didn't ask for a baby bed but they came up to room as soon as they checked us in with all sorts of mats and blankets to make a Korean baby bed.

Coffee machine is good, they have ice and vanilla syrup for ice coffees, pick up your own milk at the local 7-11 if you want it white. Breakfast is just sandwiches and juice, not a full breakfast, but this didn't detract from our fantastic experience.

There was only a small window, not sure if that is a big deal to anybody, it wasn't to us.

We would definitely stay here again.
