I always look forward to stay in this very peaceful and tranquil place. It gives one a sense of peace away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The helpful front desk staff and equally courteous restaurant personnel makes this place a must to stay at when in Mbombela. 
One has complete peace of mind with regard to the implementation of Covid-19 protocols and regulations. 

Great break away 

Hotel has friendly staff. Lots of ice available and a mechanized shoe shine. Rooms are structured for an overnight visit with space for laptop with USB port to charge all devices. Quality WiFi signal. A pool and quality outside eating area. Congratulations to management and staff.

Excellent Stay

My stay was full of frustration and inconvenience. I had a lot challenges at the hotel which was addressed with management.  Management apologized and promised to rectify their mistakes. I don't think I will stay at hotel again 

Not so good experience!

A nice clean place to stay, if you are unsure about anything just ask the staff. Rooms are comfortable and bathroom is spacious. Buffet breakfast you will be assisted by staff, I am sure this is a safety precaution due to Covid.

Great venue for the whole family.

This is a place in which you must stay at on those days where you want to forget about everything and everyone. 

The tranquil setting of this place is a huge therapy for the restless soul. 

The place is located near the busiest road intersection in Mbombela, yet it is miraculously very quiet and peaceful.

The staff is helpful, especially with the ordering of food from stakeholder partners. 

Place worthwhile to stay at

Our room was on the second floor and it was fresh and clean. The Town Lodge is Madiba dr in Nelspruit. We were warmly welcomed at the reception and we also chose our our room that we want. We were also given the wifi credentials straight away.

I was attending the SATMA awards and we were booked at the hotel. It was a great overnight stay

Reception check in efficient after online booking. Room was cool and bright. Shower was spacious and loads of hot water. Amenities packed in cardboard not plastic. This is a huge step towards reducing plastic pollution. Big hand basin for washing face and excellent downlight to put on makeup. Big ledge above loo to place sponge bags. Wide windowsill to place laptop and handbag. Beds comfortable, a two pin and usb port on wall next to desk. Perfect for recharging. A bright, cheerful greeting from the housekeeper, who spotted me in the corridor the following morning was a pleasant surprise. Well done to the leader and team of Town Lodge.

Clean, bright hotel with cheerful, helpful staff.

The hotel is on busy major highway of the town. It is often noisy with lots of traffic passing by. Make sure that at least by 21:00 you should have checked in. Otherwise you will have to seek food elsewhere since the restaurant close by 21hrs. The room are pretty small with all the required essentials. The only thing that i did not enjoy was the cafe restaurant experience even during the breakfast. The staff insist on dishing for you.  Select room that are away from the street.

We recently spent one night at the Town Lodge Mbombela along Madiba Dr. in Nelspruit and found this to be a decent hotel. 

Reservation was made by way of TripAdvisor through Hotels.com. Booking confirmation was received immediately and we were well received upon arrival. 

Location is just off Madiba Drive, not far from shopping centres and a fair number of restaurants and relatively quick access to the N4. 

Property is gated and included carpark. There is a pool, lobby bar and ground floor seating area where breakfast is available in the mornings. 

Our room was standard hotel unit with adequate space for luggage, decent bed, table space with chair. TV, room safe, kettle and wifi all worked just fine. Bathroom was fair space, shower worked just fine. No fridge in the room. 

Overall, we found Town Lodge Mbombela to be a fair roadside hotel. We'd be fine to stay here again if in the area and in need of an overnight stay in Nelspruit.

Good overnight stay at the Town Lodge

This hotel is well maintained and in tip top condition. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Good value for money and far better than their star grading. The Wi-Fi is great. Very conveniently situated near shops and access roads.
