I was accommodated on 24 march 2022. The receptionist guy is very friendly. The bed condition is terrible , no air condition, no plugs for coffee kettle. Tv with no remote, when i asked for TV remote I was told they dont have I need to switch it on manually with only Chanel O that is playing. I will never book this property ever again it is very terrible.

Terrible condition

General manger Lutifa had the most appalling customer service!! Not understanding or accommodating of a guests frustration. I would not recommend staying here.. Place is in a not in a safe location and property is not well kept or maintained at all.

Terrible experience

This thing is Rubbish..... ANDiSIWE THE RECEPTIONIST was very rude and insulting... Busy on the phone and eating McDonald's....

Power cuts... No generator..... Rooms smelling badly.... No air-conditioning..... For the price... It's literally flushing money down the drain... 

This  things must be shut down immediately....

Horrible service with a very rude receptionist

My name is Nomathemba D from Pretoria, I was there this weekend from 5 to 7 October it was terrible . the first day we check in I was shocked to see the rooms , yes two guys at the reception are friendly and welcoming but room was small like the back room in the township and the carpet smelling and my baby have sinus so that room was terrible she was sneezing the whole night her nose were blocked ,no air condition  or heater the curtains not wild enough to close the window. the door was broken was even afraid to sleep.  breakfast was terrible non options.
TV was terrible only 1 channel is clear no DSTV . the TV remote battery was coming out please do not go there the pictures on the internet are lies may be first time it was like that but if you want a township back room you can go there terrible experience waste of money you will never see me there again even my 16 yr old baby was complaining .

Excellent service, clean rooms, conveniently located, close proximity to shopping mall, Boulders and Mall of Africa, Gautrain station, linking you to OR Tambo International airport and Sandton close by for those that enjoy more upmarket shopping and dining experiences

Affordable, convenient accommodation

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the geyser works properly (during winter a hot shower is a must). Wi-fi is impressive and I love the lodge look around and going to rooms.

Constructive Criticism
 
a tv must have a remote, I can't take a story of other guests stole it: A turn off was the R20 rent for the iron, rather include this when you book. A fridge in the room would be nice. Rooms are nice but attention to details is needed e.g room 8's key holder is half chipped

Please employ more than one receptionist: the poor guy was battling to attend more than one guest.

Situated Next to Gallagher Estate, this outfit is ideal for all.For those with swimming skills; this Hotel has an Olympic Size pool.Breakfast is optional,With an Unlimited WiFi Access, You are Never From the Outside World,Carry your irons cos you will need to pay a Nominal fee to Access Same

I recommend this institution to al, and sundry 

By the Mall

Some people would say this hotel if its even a hotel is affordable or the value is reasonable. Hell no to that. It is actually waste of money! My partner and I booked here for 3 nights and it was the most miserable 3 nights of my life. 

1.Bed so uncomfortable 
2.No shower caps
3.No DND signs
4.No dstv channels only 5 channels 
5.Roof leaking
6.No ironing room
7.No bin bag
8.No a/c or heater

I can count till Jesus comes back. I wanted to check out and they said there's no refund and so I had to tolerate that. I will never ever ever come nor refer someone in this hotel.
