It was so beautiful…. Real Afrika …
Not luxury but like in a movie!
Impalas, Monkeys and a lot of birds so close …amazing !!!!
We never thought that it is so nice !
About 25 min. from the N10 and you are in a world that let you her only animal noise at night!!!!

We stay a few days at a Lodge far a way of every Stress and loudness !             Kay cooked for us and was so friendly

We were looking for the bush experience and total relaxation. That is exactly what we got from the lodge, its surroundings and the staff. The staff were very accomodating and made us feel at home. The bush walk with Michael was very inetersting and entertaining. An early coffee in the morning on the veranda was one of the highlights when you discover how close the animals come to the house. My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay at Addo Bush Lodge. As we drove away we were unfortunate  to have a problem with our car, but Michael saved the day for us. Unfortunately all good things come to an end, but we miss the view from the veranda. The staff were a credit to to the lodge, keep up the good work guys.

Bush Paradise

The dust road to the Palace is tricky but when you arrive it is superb! The houses and rooms are nicely decorated in Afrcan stile. Antilopes are jumping in and around the Site. Managers and staff are very friendly and supportive. They light a chimney fire if it is chilly You get a Dinner if needed. You can get a bush walk on demand. Only thing is wifi is not very stable as the site is far of other houses.

The extraordinary place to stay

Our two night stay in this wonderful place was a holiday inside of our holiday! The accommodation, food and staff were just great. We particularly enjoyed the walk with Emilio and all the information he provided about the animals, the area and its culture. GRACIASSS!!!!!! Quim & Mireia (Barcelona)

A holiday inside the holiday!!

Had a great time at Addo Bush Palace. Received really good vegan meals! Enjoyed the bush walk very much! This place is just so beautiful with all its animals! And the staff is amazing! I'll miss them! And also Andy and Jackie took care of me and made my stay round! Thank you all. I recommend a stay at yours deep from my heart.

Wonderful time!

We chose this location as it was close to Addo Elephant Park and was very reasonably priced. Andy, Jackie and the Team were very hospitable and provided great suggestions for activities and also helped make bookings for us. We really appreciated our laundry being done for us daily at no additional cost. Our stay was very pleasant and excellent value for money. 

Tranquil location close to Addo Elephant Park

When you are doing the garden route or hopping around a bit it becomes really impactful to have a space where you can relax, no formalities, rigidity. This place is filled with calm, ease and personality. The staff are hands on, so warm yet chilled. As for Jackie and Andy they have been incredibly hospitable and helpful since day 1 helping us with our plans and bookings, even coming down to the house in the evenings to help us with queries and get us sorted. Dinner was home cooked, lovely and served with smiles. Acommodation unique, filled with character, cultural and you feel close to nature. Views amazing! And the vibe of this place calming.  Stars on a clear sky are incredible here and you can indulge in a Brai or sit by the fire pit.

Wonderful and Relaxed stay

The lodges at Addo Bush Palace are wonderful but beautiful surroundings. Also the food was very very very delicious! And the show was so much fun. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Andy, Jacky and the rest!

Amazing stay!

During our stay in august 2019 we were so overwhelmed by the warm welcom at Addo Pallace. Andy end Jacky took time for us to tell us all about Addo Pallace and the beautifull surroundings with the wildlife. Jacky and  Andy ar so proud of their Pallace and share their pride with several local employees. The served our maels and surprised us with local songs and dances. We enjoyed our stay and we wil remember thius place (and Ponco) vor a long time. During our travels (7 weeks) trough South Afrika we can say this was one of the most beautifull guesthouses in the country. Special is the wildlife that you can see and hear….

Such an amazing place, calm and relaxing atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable luxurious rooms, just an all round great experience, amazing photo opportunities all around the lodge and surrounding areas
