At the guest house

The house offers a veranda, furniture, appliances and a garden. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests on beds with orthopedic mattresses: in the first room — 2 beds 90 cm x 200 cm, in the second room — a bed 180 cm x 200 cm, in the third room — a bed 160 cm x 200 cm, in the living room — a sofa 150 cm x 200 cm. Also at the guests' disposal: bed linen, towels, slippers, hygiene products, disposable dental kits, dishes, a hob, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a steam generator, an ironing board, a slow cooker, an air conditioner, a kettle, a coffee machine, skewers, a grill, salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, cereals, two smart speakers that can be used to control the air conditioner in the living room, smart fans in the living rooms, turn on and off the heating in all rooms, as well as the light inside and outside the house; console with games and joysticks, board games, projector in one of the bedrooms, air conditioning, veranda with swings, fire pit, firewood for the fire pit and barbecue, fenced area on three sides, parking for three cars.

The cottage village is guarded, there are cameras at the entrance checkpoint. The house has cameras facing the parking area.

Pets are allowed. Assistance in organizing events is available.
