What was good

The location is right in the hear of the city so it is extremely easy to get to the park, museums, shops and restaurants On the first night I had a khachapuri and steak which were delicious. I also had breakfast at the hotel on several days. The food was delicious and was prepared very quickly The style of the room looked a little old fashioned but I actually really liked the style. I stayed in two rooms on two occasions and both were very large with lots of light, space and a nice shower-bathroom. The bed was also extremely comfortable The hotel was spotless. I hardly saw the cleaners as they mostly cleaned in the day when I was out but when I came back everything was always perfect. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. During my stay I had several issues with my banking due to international sanctions. The staff were incredibly helpful with this and helped me to arrange a taxi, room and organise changing my cash (there is a bank in the hotel). Unfortunately I can’t remember all the names of everyone who helped but I do remember Elizaveta and Julia at the reception were especially welcoming and helpful. Also Ignor in the restaurant
