Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
For stays of more than 7 nights, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning is provided with the replacement of bed linen and towels, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1000.00 for each cleaning. Payment for the final, as well as intermediate cleaning is paid together with the insurance deposit upon arrival.
If guests stay from 1 to 2 nights payment for final cleaning and a security deposit is made by guests before being sent the check-in instructions. In the case of proper compliance with the rules of accommodation and lack of complaints the security deposit is returned to the guests before 12:00 AM.
Staying with small dogs is agreed upon in advance on an individual basis and for an additional fee. In case of detection of signs of living with animals without prior agreement and payment there is a fine of 3000.00 RUB.
A cradle with bed linen and a bath towel is available upon request for guests for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 per stay.
Paid parking in the underground parking: daily rate from 09.00 AM to 07.00 PM — RUB 50.00 for 2 hours, nightly rate from 07.00 PM to 09.00 AM — RUB 400.00, more than 3 days — RUB 500.00 per day. Rates are subject to change depending on the season.
