Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Cleaning and linen change are mandatory and are done every 4 days, are not included in the price of accommodation and are paid separately. For bookings of less than 4 days, a final cleaning fee is charged.
Check-in after 15:00, check-out no later than 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is possible by agreement. Before check-in, it is necessary to sign a short-term rental agreement via SMS.
Contactless check-in by code is provided. The code is provided on the day of check-in. A personal meeting upon check-in is also possible.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. The price for accommodation is indicated for 2 guests. An additional charge of RUB 500.00 per day for each person, if more than 2 people are checking in.
