Guests have at their disposal one-room apartment with a view of the mountain peaks. The apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 guests, is located on the 5th floor without an elevator. The entrance is barrier-free.

The apartment offer guests: a kitchen with a set of dishes, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, detergents, a towel, a set of products for the first time, a corkscrew and glasses for different types of wine, a coffee maker, a double bed with an orthopedic mattress, cotton bed linen and sets of two towels for each guest, including sets for children, a double sofa bed, a set of toiletries and detergents, a hair dryer, a split air conditioner, a TV, Wi-Fi, an iron and an ironing board, clothes hangers, a washing machine, a set of powder and conditioner, a clothes dryer, constant hot water supply, regardless of the seasons. There is a free parking area near the house.
