What was bad
The cleaner accidentally dropped personal belongings and refused to admit it. The manager also shirked responsibility and denied that no one would do it. This is the only Russian hotel I have been to that is not responsible.

We would like to remind you the cleaning of your room took place in your presence and, according to the regulation, the guest's belongings are strictly untouchable during the cleaning. Also according to the paragraph 23 of the Hotel Accommodation Policies, we are not responsible for the loss of material values that are not placed in the room safe.
