The location is super convenient, next to the northernmost McDonald's, opposite to the train station and the Lenin, almost all major attractions can be reached. The rooms are well appointed, very clean and everything is super convenient.

amazing property, well maintained. the host was empathetic and kind. she was able to help though she only knew russian, used the translator for conversation. I appreciate all of them, they helped me in extending for few more hours, since my train departed by evening.
What was bad
wifi was a little weak, but it helped from time to time.
the room and bathroom was warm, but couldn't figure there was faint draft wind blowing towards the bed..

This is apartment, not hotel, no reception. All these can be ok as you choose such apartment.
This is really not suitable for foreigner, as they do not supply registration paper. It indeed caused me big trouble. Even I made twice calls, the owner choose not to answer.
