The area of the house is 1100 sq. m. The area of the territory is 0.4 hectares.

The banquet hall can accommodate up to 120 guests at tables and up to 150 guests at a buffet. Panoramic glazing allows you to enjoy the view of the pond.

There is also a night club equipped with lighting equipment with the ability to install a projector and acoustic systems with a capacity of up to 2 kW. A stage and a dressing room are available for artist performances.

The open veranda on the roof of the banquet hall is a great place for open-air events. It accommodates up to 150 guests.

A swimming pool with a water slide, a wood-fired sauna, a jacuzzi with hydromassage and panoramic glazing offer excellent opportunities for a variety of recreation.

The mansion has 14 bedrooms with 30 beds and 12 bathrooms with hydromassage showers. There is a bedroom with a jacuzzi, designed specifically for newlyweds.

On the territory there is a barbecue area, parking, a green area with a lawn near the water for holding a buffet, an outdoor ceremony or active leisure.

Also at the guests' disposal there is: a suite with a jacuzzi, billiards, a panoramic view of the water.
