I want to cancel the next 2 nights and refund some money back. Because the room is very old, the bed seems like have been sleeping for 10 years. It's all deformed. You can touch the spring. The bed's peeled off, and there's no room for clothes in the bathroom. It's old and bad. It doesn't look same as the pictures

We booked for Triple room . It’s totally different from the pictures they show in ZenHotels. The room looks poor and old. Very disappointed. Stay away from this hotel.
