Spend an evening in a nice atmosphere of the bar. It’s time to have a nice meal! Stop by the restaurant. If you can’t live without coffee, drop by the cafe. In the shared kitchen, you can cook anything you want.

Want to be always on-line? Wi-Fi is available. Also, the following services are available for guests at the apartment: a massage room, a sauna, a solarium, a steam bath, a spa center, a bathhouse, a hamam and a recreation club. Guests who love doing sports will be able to enjoy a fitness center, a gym, a table tennis area, a yoga area and a diving club. Ski and snowboard fans will enjoy a skiing area, ski facilities rental, ski-to-door access and snowboards.

You won’t be bored as at the apartment you will find a library, a bowling club, a picnic area and a barbeque area. Here, you can treat yourself with water procedures as there will be a pool and an indoor pool. For participants of business meetings, there is a conference hall. Pets are welcome here. They are allowed for an additional cost. The staff of the apartment will order a transfer for you. Accessibility: there is an elevator/lift. At the guests’ disposal, there’s also a laundry, dry cleaning, a bank, an ATM, a chapel, private check-in and check-out, ironing, press, car rental and a concierge.

The staff of the apartment speaks English and Russian.
