211 reviewsMy friends and I spent a week at Central Hotel Timisoara and had a blast! The hotel itself is in the city centre, which is a big plus, since everything is a few minutes afoot away! The hotel rooms are very modern-looking; instead of a key, you are given a special magnetic card that needs to be placed on a special part of the door handle in order to unlock the door. The rooms are mostly double-bedded (my room had separated beds) and is very bright thanks to the big windows stretching on one side from wall to wall. The bathroom is fully equipped, including a hair-dryer and a glass shower cabin. Breakfast is served buffet-style, and you can choose from croissants, fruits, marmalades and eggs to olives (yes olives, I thought it was grapes, ate some and had...fun 😂 ), all sorts of beverages (fruit juices, teas, milk) and even more! We were usually outside the hotel, out and about in the town and around it, but the time we spent at the hotel was of high quality! I don’t have anything negative to mention in fact.
