Complex Harmonie

We stayed for two nights, in tree house 2 and the pyramid. The first one was more traditional, dark and dusty, having a perfect atmosphere with the fireplace on. The balcony was very basic, but perfect for the experience of enjoying a breakfast outside. Squirrels seemed to be a fan of this place too and so were a couple of spiders:)  The pyramid was quite the opposite, more modern, all white with lots of light.  We enjoyed the tub and the candles (included in the price). There are 2 restaurants within walking distance with good traditional food.

Is a perfect tip for a surprise if you want to offer a nice experience to someone dear.
Take into consideration this is a romantic place, but also you can spend quality time here with your friends in the villa.
I experienced two of the three tree houses and liked a lot.
You can hear the nature, you can relax and go away from the urban “madness”.
The restaurant could be probably the nicest restaurant I’ve visited in Romania (photo attached).

I see plenty of bad review because facility. Well this place is for people who want to have a break from technology and city. Is for nature lovers, for peace. I will visit as my honeymoon and i am 100% i will love it. I don’t care is mud and i can’t connect my phone for music. I eill be one with nature. I will come back with a review.

Close to Predeal, outside the city the complex is made of several unique places for relaxation and is ideal for connecting with nature. It is located only at 1 km away from Poiana Secuiului lodge (views and starting point for hikes on 4 different mountains !). Inside you will find a traditional Romanian restaurant with local produce (cheese, teas, pies) and a surprisingly good selection of vines - local and Romanian. The Observatory is recommended for views and the feel of tree house concept. Do not expect the hotel ammenities however - this is not their target. Nice staff, amiable but not intrusive. Recommended to visit during winter time or in spring once the nature turns green.

1. In the winter is no way you can enter the complex, unless you have a 4x4. If not, the lady is suggesting that you leave the car....on the main street. We were lucky that we were there on a monday, and there were enough parking lots on the Cabana Trei Brazi.
2. There are no options for eating in the complex. There is only 1 restaurant that does deliver, but your order has to be at least for 100 ron. Also, they do not have a lots of products that appears on their site. We ate at Cabana Trei Brazi, again.
3. Inside the cabin there is nothing like pictures. The fact that there is no bathroom door would be fine (whatever), but the smell....the smell was horrible!! So if you intend to stay in Casuta din Copac 2, please take with you every deodorant or anything you have to bear the smell! The courtains from the windows were dirty and damaged, the towels were very damaged and old. There are no slippers included in this huge price, and there is nothing on the floor you can step on.
4. The bath tube was far away from clean and the whater was hot only for some minutes...afterwards it came cold.
5. The fact that is situated in a tree includes a non-confort anyway, and this was quit expected and assumed. But having spiderwebs all over the place and the smell from the bathroom was awfull. 
6. The only good thing was the view and the fact that we had no TV and no WiFi so we could enjoy (...) the stay.
6. Never again in this place.

Too expensive for what is offered

This place was nice 10 years ago, now, everything is dusty and everything seems to be dirty. The jacuzzi is the most disgusting thing in the room. We had the observatory which was nice from the outside and also the view from the balcony was amazing. The price for one night is way too high and is not reflecting the conditions from this accommodation. To sum up is rather a rustic, outdated and it gives you a sensation of a dirty place. I do not recommend this place and hope they will renovate it.

This place destroyed our romantic weekend...

Me and my girlfriend booked the Observatory for one night and all I can say it s that it looks completely different from the pictures. Old and dusty place and clearly outdated. First thing that you see when you enter the cabin is the so called bathroom that is actually a thin wall that hides a wc and a sink and guess what? There s no door at all. So if one of you lovers go to the bathroom for a modest number 2 , your partner will hear and probably smell the show. Also the wc flushing mechanism was broken and after 3 or 4 flushes I had to remove the cap to tighten the button back. Even if the night was so cold and we set the temperature to 25° , it stay set to 19° or even 17.5° if one of you want to make a shower because guests what. You have to choose between warm water or heat. And that s not all. The jacuzzi buttons were broken , you eighter got freezing cold water or boiling hot. There s no middle way. Also the smell of the water was terrible and there s no pressure at all, so the shower is like someone spitting water. The sheets from the bed were overused and smelled weird. Dust all over the place. There is no TV in the room and to be honest that was unexpected for the price of a one night stand in this "room". Poor lighting with only 2 lights.
The road you have to drive on to reach the complex , from the main road, is a nightmare so if you are driven a lowered car you should take in consideration that you won t be able to reach the complex without scratching the heart of your beloved car.

The only beautiful thing on this stay is the view. And only the view that you get from the balcony. But it does deserve the price! I will never book again at this property

Never coming back again 

GF took me there for my b-day (first timers).
Booked the Observatory room which has a round bed, jacuzzi and a balcony.

+ looks awesome on the internet.
+ great potential.
+ cool round bed.
+ we're laughing now. we didn't laugh then.
+/- don't know the rates as it was a present.
- the rest is quite bad.

We spent 1 night in the Observatory room. First impression -> all good, nothing extraordinary. It wasn't all good!

So on the way there you get to 100m away from the place and you have to pass a 25m dirt road which looks quite awful if it rains. No signs, no nothing.

Here's how it went:

1. Next to the jacuzzi they offered a half empty, family pack sized bottle of shampoo previously used by someone else. The tap inside the jacuzzi was broken. Luckily the water flow wasn't affected. At first the water coming out smelled bad, as if it was coming from a pond.

2. Wanted to put some music on. There stereo in the room was from the early 00s. Couldn't connect a phone to it or get radio signal. Ended up using my iPhone's speakers :)

3. Downstairs there is an open toilet without a door and a small sink with a rusty soap holder. You can see all the plumbing, all the fittings, everything.  

4. There isn't a normal shower, just the jacuzzi in the middle of the room. You can have fun in it but if you wish to take a normal shower it's quite awkward being in the middle of the room.

5. Mid winter. Storm outside, -10 degrees. The balcony door didn't fully close (see photo).
The room had 1 undersized radiator and 1 small electric heater. Neither of them helped. Had to get socks on and another blouse while under the blanket. Woke up in the middle of the night and started dissasembling the sofa to hold the door better.

Next morning we talked to the lady manager and she told us it's because the whole building is made of wood. Who cares? Get it fixed! We couldn't sleep. Felt like we could get sick.

6. Disassembling the sofa revealed that it's been a looong time since they've last cleaned it (see photo).

7. When booking we were told that they have an open restaurant. Once we got there we found out it was closed. Had to go into town to get some food. Twice.

8. There isn't a single trashcan in the room. Had to put our trash into plastic bags.

It's either that the manager doesn't have any clue how to run the place or she just doesn't care.

We wouldn't go there again.

Best candidate for Hotel Impossible

We were with a group of friends to spend 4 days in this complex; we were staying in a villa with a near-outside temperature, with 5 children with us; baths could not be used, almost all the shower rooms were clogged; the whole villa was poorly light, you did not see man with man;
We left after the first night trying to adapt but not successfully !!!
