being an usual tourist in the area, we decided to try this place too, driven by the availability of spa. 
Place looks nice, it is in the middle of a huge garden. Pretty well organized, plenty of parking spaces available. 
Spa is nice, but if all guests are inthere, it gets crowded pretty fast. They have pool for small children, steam bath and Swedish sauna. Water in main pool is not the warmest, but ok. 
Rooms have the bare minimum to offer. Some minor issues with cleaning, but nothing to scare off people. Some maintenance would be nice on doors and windows, as they do not work properly.
Restaurant is very modern and has plenty to offer.

Bad services with a lot of money  in a very good location.
No cleaning room, no towels changes, no toilets paper, cleaning issues and very poor information regarding taxi and transfers.
When we arrived, no temperature scan(failure of termometers)
No accurate information about taxi and amendeties.

A wonderful place! We stayed for six days. The room was very clean with a balcony and city view. Breakfast, rich and very good! Also, the restaurant menu gives you the opportunity to try very tasty fine dining dishes at an affordable price! Professional staff, very kind and attentive, constantly concerned with the needs and wishes of customers! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving us a dream holiday, we felt safe during this difficult time! Thank you Szabolcs, Lorant and Boroka, it was a pleasure to meet you! We also thank the girls from reception and the maids. We will definitely be back!

Un loc minunat! Ne-am cazat pentru șase zile. Camera era foarte curată, cu balcon și vedere la oraș. Micul dejun, bogat și foarte bun! Deasemenea meniul restaurantului îți dă posibilitatea de a degusta preparate culinare fine dining foarte gustoase la preț accesibil!  Personalul profesionist, deosebit de amabil și atent, preocupat în permanență de nevoile și doleanțele clienților! Mulțumim din suflet pentru că ne-ați oferit o vacanță de vis, ne-am simțit în siguranță în această perioadă dificilă! Mulțumim Szabolcs, Lorant și Boroka, a fost o plăcere să vă cunoaștem! Mulțumim deasemenea fetelor de la recepție și cameristelor. Vom reveni cu siguranță!

Dream holiday! Vacanta de vis!

I booked this place for the SPA facilities mostly and also because of the way it looked like. 
I was excited about our visit and rapidly disapointed as we arrived. 

The room smelled staffy, two of the three lights in the room were broken and the door handle of the bathroom door was also broke. When i closed the door it came out. The worst was the so called cleaned toilet, it was really dirty.

Also, the place looks unfinished, the outer walls are not painted in their entirety.

The SPA facilities are ok ish, could be better looked after.

The food was delicious, we tried some beef and a veggie meal, both tasted nice, fast service, really nice staff (great job, guys!) and clean facilities. The breakfast was also tasty, fresh and varied. The prices for the reastaurant are just fine, for both food and drinks. 

Boutique wanna be

We spent 2 super relaxing hours at the Spa then had a delicious meal in the restaurant upstairs. All staff were very friendly and accomodating - I’m vegetarian so the chef adopted the menu for us and oh my goodness, the desserts were divine! Really enjoyed everything. Thank you!!

Absolutely lovely

Best cow chick in the Romania! Best best best! One of the beat food in the area! I will come back for sure! The desert was olso very good! The hotel is ok, and the view worth it! The staff was very very kindly!
