We stayed for one night at this hotel very well located with quiet rooms and tasty food at the restaurant, close to the Castle. We were very impressed by the politeness of the staff in the restaurant. Highly recommend!

Exceptional staff

I like this hotel. It is close to the Corvin’s Castle and the city centre. The staff is friendly and polite, the food from their restaurand is great, the rooms are confortable. ✌🏻Oh.... and good wi-fi.

Trip

Second time in 4 years I am booking a room here, visiting from Canada.
Staff, Service, Room... all Hands down. Nothing really to add for improvement. 
And the Restaurant food, just crazy good. I had to order T-bone steak second time just to convince myself that the first one wasn't so tasty by coincidence.

Excellent experience

Highly recommend if you’re staying a night or two in this town. Hotel location seems safe and it is extremely clean. The restaurant food is excellent for the price. Parking is on the street but we had no problem finding parking very close to hotel entrance. Staff is friendly and they spoke our language clearly. Air conditioning is a plus (summer). Only thing hotel closes at 11 pm leaving no one in reception desk.

Hotel/Restaurant Bulevard in Hunedoara

This is a perfectly nice place to stay for a night, especially if you are in transit between Bucharest and Belgrade. It's strictly no frills, but the staff were warm and courteous, and there was a nicely stocked bar. Walking time i about 20 mins from the castle.

Good price/quality ratio

We had a highschool reunion there and it was terrible. Bad food (looked like leftovers) and rude staff ! At the end they didn't want to give us a receipt. Totally disappointed.  Definitely won't go there again

Highschool reunion

Stayed here in September 2017. 
Positive aspects:
1. apparently good position (though I'm not real familiar with Hunedoara, it was on walking distance of everything I was interested)
2. good size room with everything working nice in it. 

Negative aspects
1. the bed linen was stained - don't get me wrong, it was clean, but had a stain (an old blood stain I guess).
2. mediocre breakfast, good coffee tough and nice personnel. 
3. the reception closed at 12 PM - this was the first time in my life I've heard of a 4 star hotel which doesn't have non stop reception. I underline that we were a large group (all going to the same wedding) and the hotel was packed - still, rules are rules, at 12 PM everybody was gone. In order to be even more interesting you had to enter the hotel through the back, using the magnetic key for the room - so, we were warned by the receptionist not to keep the keys near our phones as it could demagnetize etc. What happened in that situation? Well, probably sleep on the street for a normal guest (for us probably sleeping 3 or 4 in the same room...). PS: we didn't receive an emergence phone number of the morning receptionist, just the warning: close attention to the key... Unacceptable

Interesting place

This is a nice hotel.  The room was comfortable;  the shower had ridges on the floor to prevent slipping.  The shower was fully enclosed.  Wifi worked well and was free.  The hotel restaurant in the hitel served good food.  Located near gypsy mansions although the hotel is in center of town.
