Unfortunately on arriving at the hotel, we were told by the lovely receptionist Diana, that the air conditioning had broken on the first floor. This was not great as Europe was having the hottest heatwave in history. She had been trying to phone is to let us know, but we had no signal for much of our journey. She was so apologetic, and offered us a fan to help. We went to our room which was large and well decorated. We were travelling with our 2 dogs as well. We had a meal in the Italian restaurant, which was lovely, and such good portions I took away a doggie bag, literally. The breakfast was good, with a wide selection. The value for money of this hotel was very good, and the kind and helpful staff was second to none. Despite our very hot and sticky night, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great value for money

This place is huge.They have so many rooms but the combination of the brown furniture with orange curtains in the rooms is depressing.Some rooms are very dark in the afternoon and the light inside the room is yellowish. The bed was ok. Free parking in front of the hotel and free wifi but the wifi was not working properly everywhere in the room.The breakfast is poor but if you order lunch or dinner from the restaurant the food is excellent. Mainly Italian food and very good. Good for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

     The room are spacious, confortable and modern.The staff is corteous and prompt.

I arrived in Timisoara for a business trip and lo and behold my luggage got left behind in Israel. I arrived at the Hotel Aurelia at about 8pm. I checked in and got my room quickly and with no fuss. I walked into a HUGE room with big bed, plenty of cupboards, a big desk with chair and a  small armchair. There was an old style ( not flat screen) 25” TV but with about 50 or so satellite channels ( of which about half of them were in English. There was an air conditioning unit, but it was pretty old and not very efficient.
The bathroom was also spotless . There was a bath with shower, a Toilet, sink and also a Bidet. There was a crack on one wall, but it had been fixed.  Soap was a bar, there were shampoo sachets and there was also a dispenser unit on the wall of liquid soap/shower gel.
I set up my computer and connected to the Hotel’s wifi that had a strong signal and easily coped with speaking on SKYPE back to my wife in Israel. 
I then walked the 15 minutes or so to the REAL supermarket/department store to pick up some food and underwear and a fresh t-shirt!
I did not bother with breakfast in the morning ( actually, I do not know whether it was included or not in the room price), but I was a bit annoyed to see no kettle or coffee/tea in the room.
As I was leaving early the following morning, I asked if I could settle my bill the night before, and once again, the worker behind the counter was very courteous and efficient about dealing with it.

Summary: Cheap.  Big comfortable rooms. Clean Bathroom, poor air conditioning, friendly and helpful staff. Not bad at all.

Very nice hotel with really large rooms. I stayed there already several times in different rooms and I had large and extra large rooms. :) It's nice, clean, you have as well hair dryer in bathroom. 
Breakfast are various, so you can choose what ever you want. The only thing, which I really don't like is, that people can smoke in the restaurant even during the breakfast. There is no special area, so the smoke is everywhere.
I usually come only for a night so I can't tell what other facilities hotel offers and if it's good.

We drove up, tried to check in and were told, "No vacancy."  Went online to look and found that they did have rooms available.  We went back inside and the girl who spoke English was very rude.  We could have booked online and walked right back in with a reservation but who would want to stay there?
