Very nice appartment, with a huge terrace and a beautiful view of the Deva fortress. The villa seems somewhat crammed between block of flats, but it has its own parking place in front of the entrance. In the main hall there is a dinig area and a little bar with coffe filter and microwave, free to use. The owner is an overly jovial guy, making one feel very welcome or reluctant, depending on your type - but he serves a very good schnapps as a welcome gesture!

Quiet stay and beautiful view of the fortress

If you travel to Deva or around, i highly recommend this place. It's 3 minutes from the cable car that takes you up to the fortress and in the middle of all the other touristic attractions. The room is big, very clean and the host is just wonderful, always with a smile on and ready to help in any possible way!

Perfect location

An accommodation of 5 stars: a very friendly host willing to solve any problem you may have, it is clean, modern and expensive furnished, large accommodation spaces, AC, free cofee in the morning and free Palinka in the evening. Soundproofed windows. Highly recommended!

Excellent!

Room 4 does not have a balcony, the windows are opaque, there is only a small ventilation oberlicht, including the bathroom. The windows are all opaque. Unable to look out. Claustrophobic !!
Extremely cold... room 4 has no heating in the room (only an AC) just in the small room in front, where the radiator was a bit warm. 
I slept tormented on an old 2-seat couch for 3 nights without fresh air in the small room.
The sockets are 110V, impossible to charge the mobile, except for the 220V TV. 
Have a splitter with you!! 
There is no 24h reception, just a gentleman (manager) who does everything and just comes to receive the tourists. Otherwise, you're on your own! Impossible to have breakfast! There is a small refrigerator and I bought some food from the supermarket and stored it there to have it for breakfast.
Check-out: 11AM, check-in: 5PM!! Really, sir??

Horrible!

What an amazing state and the owner was incredibly helpful even drove us to a rental car which was just above and beyond !  We had a beautiful view from our balcony and would stay here again ! We only wish that we had more time

Amazing stay

Okay so here's the deal. We booked this place because we wanted a place with air con after having been in sweat central for two months. We arrive and the air con is mysteriously broken. Fine. We work out a deal with the lady at reception and she gives us a bit of a discount off the room as she had nothing else available that night. Worst night sleep of my life. Not only was it so unbearably hot that I had to take a cold bath at 2am but you had to choose between dying of heat stroke and being eaten alive by bugs. If the window was open for 5 minutes there was 100+ bugs joining you. I am not kidding when I say that our room looked like a scene from a horror film. Literally hundreds of bugs. So the next day the Vila empties out and we are the only guests. Come night fall same deal. We went to reception and asked to change rooms since the place was empty , instead we were handed a can of bug spray. We did not sleep for 2 days. I know this isn't exactly 100% the hotels fault as we agreed to stay without ac but come on. They know what happens if the windows are left open at night and couldn't warn us or offer to switch rooms after he first night when the place was empty? I won't be back
