Hotel is not in the best area. 
Its a normal hotel . 
Its enought clean. 
The lady from reception and other personal should try to respect more their costumers.
We didnt get any information. We try to uptade our rooms but the lady was telling us ,that we will stay where she will want . Very disappointed.  Disgusted about the attitude of this arogant woman ! 
It was very late, and we were tired , so we didnt had a choice . We will never back to this hotel, and i really hope some people will read my review, so they wont be treated bad.

I was looking for a nice place to rest after a long road. Next day I was working again. 
I had some concerns about the place but it was a pleasant experience. 
The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me to choose a place to order. 
They have restaurant but in this difficult time it’s opened only for breakfast. 
They put sanitizer everywhere and that’s nice. 
The parking place it’s free and in front of the hotel, a good thing in Brasov. 
This will be my place to stay in Brasov

A good place and an amazing staff

Spacious, bright rooms.  It doesn't impress too much, but the employees are kind. The location of the hotel is relatively far from the city center. An unpretentious hotel, but good to choose for a few days.

Nice place to stay in

We had a very pleasant experience. We stayed only one night, but it was good. The room was clean, and the staff polite. Breakfast was more then enough. We would recommend it. The only minus is that they don’t have a private parking.

This is not a hotel. It is a wedding and events factory, with rooms for the party people where to sneak in. Zero amenities, terrible cleaning, carpet not hovered, bath floor dirty, no real dush gel, weddings screaming all night in your ear, poor, very poor finissages, they don t care about regular customers, only about some dubious ladies ( lol) and weddings. So disgusted

Most terrible hotel

It is a really bad idea to stay here during weekends. Music is really loud because of a wedding, people were laughing till 2 am. it can be nice during weekdays, but NOT DURING WEEKEND!

- breakfasts are good but not a lot of things

A disaster! 

It is incredibly loud! They do events on the 1st floor of the hotel. I had a room on the 2nd floor at the end of the stairwell.  It was so loud that I was barely able to fall asleep. Both during the day and late in the night. 

I do not recommend this. They put us in an extremely loud room even though we booked a few days in advance and we had a 2-year old child!!! They should not be renting the rooms that are close to the event ballroom when they have events. it is just not fair to anyone paying for a room to have to listen to extremely loud party music and people dancing. 

I would not stay here again even if I had free rooms.

DISASTER! Our room was right next to a wedding party!!!! until 2 AM!!

We came at 13:00 and we were informed that accommodation will be at 14:00, so we decided to eat in hotel restaurant. Very big portions but not very tasty. I asked for a medium done burger and it was burned. Anyhow... At 15:30 the room is not ready yet and we don't know when it will be! We will the rest of the conditions (cleanless, quitness...)
Until now the worst experience for this year!!! 

Worst experience this year 

Room not very clean. Staff not very friendly, nor very helpful. But the WORST part ever: It’s 2:49 a.m. and I’m writing this review because I cannot sleep - two parties, very loud “manele”. I’ve uselessly talked to the receptionist several times.

Bad experience

When our group of 50 people arrived, after a long travel, the receptionist had the idea that everybody needed to write down for him on the sheet of paper numbers of our identity cards, but after we rejected to do it, finaly understood that he needed to do it alone. Don't expect to meet kind staff there, especialy for a breakfast when happened to me that a waitress took a couple of cups from me, that I took because others for water/juice were not available. 
Conclusion: place to sleep and leave, distant from city center about 25 minutes on foot
