We had a very nice stay, nice personnel and very good restaurant with great service. We would love to come again any time soon. Rooms are clean and relatively well maintained. I think the bathroom will need some renovation soon, though. Other than that, perfect and for a good price.

Nice stay

Shortly........close to traditional ice cream shop, on the way  to medieval Alba Carolina, one of the most tasty breakfast I ever had on hotels , spacious room (single) , clean, nice staff at reception/ bar. All at a very good price /night;

Perfect choice

Lovely hospitality. The staff was kind and very friendly. They seem happy to work with Maison De Caroline. 

Unfortunately, the comfort is awful. I do not recommend the stay for more than one night because of the diversity of noises. We cannot sleep properly because of the lack of soundproof. We could hear neighbours’ steps, going to bathroom, taking shower, using the toilet, sms alerts, walking around. We could sleep as long as our neighbors slept. 

The rooms were clean and refreshed.

Beautiful and cozy place in the city center of Alba Iulia. We stayed there several times and we really enjoyed our experience! They have a really beautiful place to eat good  food at fair prices. Spacious rooms, Clean , Nice and friendly Staff . 

A place for memories 

Nice place, nice people.
Everything was above expectations. The breakfast was excelent. The room was very clean and cozy. We arrived in the night and the people from reception was very plasent and kind, she helped us with everything. I recommand this hotel.

This is a boutique hotel right next to the center of Alba Iulia on quite a busy street. This is a recently renovated old house, with a lot of attention to details. Most rooms face the interior yard, which makes the hotel very quiet. The interior terrace is very nicely decorated, with a few scattered tables along side the building.

Staff are very young and did their best to make our stay perfect. And they did manage that! We would definitely go again.

Delightful

I have been for one night in Alba Iulia and I choose this place random but it is very nice, with very nice and clean rooms, with a lovely terrace and a great restaurant. The hotel and restaurant staff is very helpful and nice. I intend to come back for a weekend! 

Excellent accommodation 

Great place to stay, to eat, to relax. A good location to get very fast to the Citadel, but still in a quiet area with old buildings (unfortunately not all refurbished). Very nice and helpful host, convenient restaurant at the basement.

Charming, quiet and relaxing

Well worth the stay. Very pleasant and large rooms. Good adjoining bathrooms. Friendly staff. The restaurant is good, both at breakfast and dinner. Nice cocktails and other drinks. Good Price. We really enjoyed our time there and would go back with pleasure.

Charming little hotel.

Hotel very welcoming, comfortable, clean, quiet.  Located in the immediate vicinity of the center and the medieval fortress.  The hotel staff is kind, calm and serviced.  I highly recommend. I stayed several times at this hotel.  The upstairs rooms are spacious and warm.  The ground floor rooms have a shared terrace with armchairs and a sofa.  The furniture is authentic and the bathrooms are stylish and well-equipped.
