Ezdan Westbay, the BEST in EVERY WAY !!! Yes, this line could be the slogan for an Ezdan Hotels marketing campaign - even though Ezdan deserves much better ! - but it's not. It simply and sincerely expresses my wonderful experience as a guest. I called Ezdan Westbay Tower 4 "my home" for a full year, and my time as a resident was 100% positive: from the facilities (gym, pool, restaurants, my beautiful executive studio) to the location, from the quality of the services and amenities (internet, kitchen appliances and equipment, quality of shower, you name it!) to, most importantly, the STAFF: Ezdan Tower 4 has some of the most professional, kindest, patient, hard-working, dedicated, helpful, well-prepared, committed and attentive professionals in the hotel industry in Doha - please trust me on this because I have lived in Porto Arabia, Somerset Westbay (the worst!), Marriot, Rotana, to name a few, and Ezdan Tower 4 staff is superior to theses places' staff everyday of the week! I want to mention them by names and last names - sadly, when I requested their last names to Ezdan management, they were not provided - but I do hope these individuals receive their credits and gratitude, and they are: Mr Marwin Terec - Ezdan Tower 4 Front Office Manager Ms. Mary Joy - Ezdan Tower 4 Front Desk Representative Mr. Jobin - Ezdan Tower 4 Front Desk Representative Mr. Waleed - Ezdan Tower 4 Front Desk Representative Mr. Aaron - Ezdan Tower 4 Front Desk Representative Mr Giwantha - Ezdan Tower 4 Front Desk Representative Mr Nadeen - Ezdan Tower 4 Bell Services Representative Ms. Sindi - Ezdan Tower 4 Housekeeping Representative Mr. Democratic - Ezdan Tower 4 Security Manager Every hotel in Doha should train their staff members in the model of these incredible individuals. A lot happens in one full year - it certainly did to me - and I was lucky I could count on such amazing, diligent and kind people: I was hospitalized once, I underwent surgery, I had ever growing infrastructural demands due to work, and I was ALWAYS assisted immediately, no matter how busy the staff and management were. The reason why I am so adamant about making my experience public is due to very disheartening reviews I read about Ezdan Hotels Westbay; it amazes me the sort of thing written - with all due respect to unfortunate experiences of others. But to read silly comments about the color of the furniture, or one burned out light bulb in the hall, or too many families reveals such frivolous behavior. Ezdan manages to offer AMAZING services and facilities and infrastructure, at the heart of Westbay, and to be incredibly affordable, so I urge whoever comes across such negative reviews to pay attention to the absurdity and the foolishness of the claims, and be totally sure that the Ezdan Hotel Towers in Westbay are a great place - and even more important: you can count of the staff to solve any problems that might arise during your stay. Just like in every "home", things fail, break, stop working, and need constant maintenance. I promise you: you can rely on Ezdan Hotel Westbay's staff to take care of everything and of YOU better than anyone in Doha! Fred Naccache
