It was relaxing and pretty affordable. Everything is close in Cidra, so it's a good place to stay. It's close to the lake and good places to eat. Bad reviews are people that are expecting luxury in the mountains.

This place is a little gem. After visiting it I consider it one of the few hotels that can compete with the best known hotels in the area. It is a comforting place with lots of nature around. It has a nice and clean pool area. This includes a bar and a small restaurant. Among other amenities we visit the tennis court, the basketball court and the activity rooms. The place has great potential if it continues to develop. There are things that can be improved. For example, the variety in the menu and the prices. They should also consider having live music by the bar on weekends. It just needs a little more joy to break the monotony of the place. I highly recommend this place for family rest and relaxation. We were there to learn more about a promotion for "casa club" partners in developing. The idea it's nice but we was uninterested; suddenly the friendly project manager or director became a man with bad attitudes. Its make me feel bad as a guest. They must think that an uninterested client can change their opinion at any time and join that good project. I see no use in treating uninterested people with faces of displeasure and bad attitudes. Every person (also the not members)  are an opportunity to get another people economically available for this project. But my husband and I thinks this It's a nice place to visit anytime and we recommend it.

It was very relaxing staying there. Rooms were clean. Some places at the villas was in remodelation, but they still have places to enjoy. The place has basketball court, pool, music, food at the pool. Food with great taste. I will come back to Cidra Country Club. 

We were just looking for an affordable place to stay in Cidra and we found this. The facilities and the piece of land its just awsome. We already palanned to make a family trip Treasure Island (Cidra Country Club). Bad reviews are people that are expecting luxury in the mountains of PR, so good luck with that. I shall say this is as good as it gets.

Surprisingly Nice!

We were invited to a venue inspection. Waited over an hour and were never assisted. The employees are rude and know nothing of customer service. Will never back. Employees need customer service training asap.

Lacks customer service

This place i will never go again. hot water system was mini  with switch so you must wait forever and lasted a minute. No room phones, No restaurants, No Ice machine, No no front desk or help after 11pm.
