Pros:
Lovely apartment, with patio outside, modern and clean, plenty of space for two people, in a residential area of town, so quiet. I had a look at the children's room (out of interest - childcare practioner with no children of my own) and it was very well equiped and right next to the shared fire - so parents could relax in their while their children play. 
The receptionists were lovely and professional - phoning us a taxi because of the pouring rain, and explaining everything clearly.

Cons:
Willa Olga is about 20-25 minutes away from the main pedestrian area. This is OK but it sometimes felt like a bit of a trudge. 
Instructions for sauna are lengthy, and in Polish; as are the instructions for the fire. otherwise we might have used these.

All in all, I would go back if I hired a car to avoid the walk on already tired legs from hiking.

Brilliant apartment

Rooms were large and very clean. Had beautiful patios to sit out at night or morning. Great restaurant 50 meters away if you didnt want to go in to town. Very Tyrolian in appearance the region. Would recommend and go back.

Great location in picturesque village

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Willa Olga.  Though the manager was a bit grumpy we had proceeded directly to the property and not to her office to retrieve keys, she made her way over and helped us settle into two rooms.  The larger of the two was located on the ground floor and featured a small living area, kitchenette, futon and eating area that opened onto patio in the garden.  The second room was small, but comfortable, located on the 2nd floor with a small balcony.  Rooms were spotless and beds were comfortable after days of hiking and walking around town.  Bathrooms were both very modern and clean with plenty of hot water.  A cold breakfast was delivered each morning which included plenty of food for breakfast and some to put away for snack or even lunch.  The property is a bit of a walk to the main shopping area in the center of town, and coming back a good portion of that walk is up hill, but it's very doable even with a pack.

Lovely stay in Zakopane!

We stayed here for four or five nights last March after finding a relatively good deal online. We had just booked a double room instead of an apartment and it was quite small. The villa is also in a residential area so while it is nice and peaceful, it's a bit of a trek to the centre or the slopes if you're there for skiing. One of the main reasons we booked this place was because of the sauna and fireplace, unfortunately there didn't seem to be any supplies for the fire and we could not get the sauna to work. However the rooms were reasonably priced, very clean and warm and while we did have to check in at a reception area a few minutes drive away they were quite friendly and helpful. The downstairs area had a playroom for kids which was well equipped and had we been able to get the fire going it would have been lovely. I probably wouldn't stay here again as I'd pick somewhere a bit roomier and closer to town, but if you have kids and a car it would probably be ideal.
