Audissie is an adequate place to stay if you are looking for reasonably priced accommodations in a good location.  It is not luxury nor a dumpy budget hotel.  It is in a busy location, with the ferry port and industry right down Malvar Street, tricycles always passing for easy transport (but beware, the tricycles in this city try to overcharge foreigners always).  A short walk to Baywalk and the sights and food there make this an ideal lodging spot as well as a short walk to Jollibee, stores and money changers, and convenient location to the bus depot, airport, and tourist attractions.  Scooters can be rented here inexpensively also.  PPC is the main city of Palawan Island as well as economic and government center.  It is smaller than most other provincial capitols, and Audissie is a good base location.  

All the amenities here are adequate.  Linens and soap only provided and it is reasonably clean, quiet, and relaxing to stay here.  Next time I am in PPC I will stay here again.

Good Location & Decent Accommodations

I had quite a nice stay here. Everything was clean and worked well. A single is 900 pesos. It is near the Baywalk and also near the port. They can arrange a tour to the subterranean river, although I think this is somewhat overrated. I think that the area around Sabang is lovely, so next time I would prefer to stay at Sabang rather than just go to the subterranean river.  Anyway, Audissie is just fine and very reasonably priced. 

Good budget hotel

I spent 2 nights here and upon arrival was asked for a 900 peso deposit. I booked a tour with the hotel and a bus to el nido. When the bus arrived on 3rd day I tried to check out and recover my deposit. After I was questioned 5 times about my payment on Agoda, for which I showed proof on my phone, and after the staff had spent 20 minutes 'upstairs on the computer' the manager was called. He then proceeded to tell me I had to print off a copy of my booking to to get my deposit back. After 4 months of travelling using Agoda, this was a first. I asked him how I was supposed to print the receipt and he said it wasn't his problem. I told him that was stealing and he proceeded to verbally abuse. I'm still in the process of trying to resolve the issue, but I would advise anyone against staying here. 
Unfortunately this is the first bad review I've had to write on my trip.

Do not stay here, the manager is a thief.

The hotel is a nice stay close to the airport and the baywalk. It is less noisy as the places closer to the main road. Occasionally the planes fly directly above the hotel, but not during the night. The staff surprised us when they approached us to reduce the hotel room price after we had already paid. Also they paid for the tricycle transfer to the airport. They also offer a decent breakfast. The room itself was clean, however, our bathroom was unfortunately not so great, since the shower flooded the whole bathroom and the water could not drain.

What more can one ask of a budget hotel except for these. Airconditioning worked. No breakfast. But at these prices, you don't expect. Only soap and towels provided for the same reason. One can purchase shampoo sachets from the reception. Friendly owner too. Nice views on the back side. Front is garish and pure concrete.
